| 1 | Work of Consultancy for Compliances under Water (Prevention And Control of Pollution), Act 1974 and Air Act 1981 your contract will start one month before start of crushing season and one month after closing of crushing season.
Scope of work :-
Contractor should provide Three well Quailified & Experience ETP Chemist to carry-out Chemical Treatment of Effluent at various stages and to achieve prescribed norms of Central Pollution Control Borad & Chhattisgarh Environment Conservation Board. Prescribed Parmeter are as Follows :- pH - 5.5 - 8.5, BOD - 30mg/L, COD - 250mg./L, TSS - 30mg./L. Factory Working in Three Shift So One chemist will work in One Shift. Contractor should also provide well qualified ETP Incharge to manage the ETP working round the clock. Contractor should fullfil all the Compliancences related with CPCB Delhi & CECB Raipur.
Factory Obligation :-
Factory shall provide Two Operators (Labour) in each Shift (Total 06 Nos.) Factory shall Provide Available Laboratory facility. Electrical & Mechnical Maintance will be done by Factory. Required Chemical for Treatment of Effluent Water will be provided by Factory. Residental facility shall be provided by Factory at Factory site. Contractor's suggestions of addition alteration if any, is required to achieve CPCB & CECB norms in our existing ETP will be done by factory.
Contractors Obligation:-
Consultancy for compliance under Water (Prevention and control of Pollution), act 1974 & Air (Prevention and control of Pollution) Act 1981. Contractor should take care of Environment consultancy, all liaisoning work, all compliancences and NOC if any of CPCB Delhi & CECB Raipur through out the year (Rates must including T.A & DA ETC).
Terms and Conditions:-
1. Contractor should have minimum one years experience in co-operative sugar factories in C.G. State for Operation of 1000M³/Day Capacity Effluent Treatment Plant with Online Monitoring System by achieving prescri bed parameters of CPCB and CECB.
2. Contractor should have experience of SITC of Online Effluent Monitoring System in any CG state. sugar mill in any last 2 financial year(2024-25 and 2025-26). Work order copy must be attached.
If prescribed parameters are not achieve penalty will be imposed on Contractor. Contractor should be registerd under GST. Contractor should be completely responsible for the safety of their employees and shall take all steps required under the law or otherwise in this direction. | 2 | (MMC) :- Servicing and operation of online monitoring system of ETP and Boiler Stack for crushing season 2026-27. Servicing work of online system of ETP and Boiler Stack in your scope online system in installeted by Nevco Engineers Data Logger and Xylem System machines maintenance work will be done by Xylem Service engineer, spare parts payment will be provide by sugar factory. Contractor firm should have minimum one year experiance of online data transfer to cpcb and spcb.
