Disconnecting & Taking down unserviceable all type security light fitting of any type/specification complete from the PCC Pole/Steel tubular poles/High mast/building for repair and replacement of burnt/worn out accessories where required, including repairs to u/s wiring, connection, minor supplying of spares like nut & bolt, connectors, screws, washers etc and reconnecting/refixing the same and testing complete all as directed. Note:- (i) Vehicle, ladder, tools & plants as required at site for repair/repalcement of light fitting functional shall be provided by the contractor at his own cost & arrangement. (ii) Spare required will be measured and paid separately under relevant schedule of items and only minor spares like nut & bolt, connectors, screws, washers etc deemed to be included in the quoted rate. (iii) Contractor will deposit new material to Engr -in-charge for accepetance & then material will issued by JE E/M based on assesement of complaints.

All as per item No 1 in above but without taking down the light fitting from its position & tightening the fitting rigidly in postion after necessary repair/replacement of spares parts complete all as directed.

All as per item No 1 in above but taking down the post top lantern/Garden light fitting of any type from Gates/GI poles etc. for repair and replacemnt of burnt/worn out accessories for carrying out of repair or removing from site all as directed.

Supply only to incorporate in item No.1, 2 & 3 above, electronic driver for LED street light upto 30/35 watt suitable complete all as directed. Note :- Suitable for street light of any type/make. Driver will be procured as per sample, as required on site compatable for existing light fittings.

Taking out the existing fully rusted unserviceable Blinker light fittings of any description and supply and fix new LED Blinker light fittings box type in RED colour of size 200mm dia, 220 volt AC supply including all fixing arangement as per site with suitable clamp, electrical connections etc complete all as directed.

Supply and fixing in repairs of Aviation obstruciton Red colour LED lights fitting of 10 Watt in yellow painted die cast aluminium housing and fixing arangement with accessories on water tank/high tower including taking down the existing unserviceable complete all as dirceted.

Removing the existing unserviceable GI pipe bracket along with clamps and supply and fix GI pipe light grade bracket 32mm dia, 1.2m long bent to shape as required and fixed with suitable size of MS clamps, nut, bolt, washers etc to poles/walls complete all as directed.

Supply and fixing thermo plastic cable terminal box of size not less then 167x125x82mm including terminals with locking arrangments including necessary mounting arrangement of any steel tubular /RCC poles with suitable size of clamps nuts bolts washer etc. fixed with poles including one single pole MCB of capacity 6-32A and PVC connector for cable termination including removal of old unserviceable plastic cable terminal box all as directed all as directed

Supply & fix wheather proof copper twin core cable of size 1.5 Sqmm drawn in and including UPVC conduit medium grade fixed to pole with suitable size clamps or fixing accessories incl. taking down old u/s complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Two coats aluminium synthetic enamel paint over the exisiting steel tubular poles 7.5 - 9.20 mtrs above ground including cross arms/ bracings/clamps etc and 1.5 meter zebra lines with black & yellow colour paint bottom of the pole, after cleaning the existing poles and making good surface all surrounding and writing the pole numbers with white letters on black background all as specifeid and directed by the Engr-in-charge.

M&L for painting the PSC poles of height 7.0 - 9.20 mtr above ground with two coats of cement based paint after cleaning the existing poles and 1.5 meter zebra lines with black & yellow colour paint bottom of the pole and making good surface all surrounding and writing the pole numbers with white letters on black background all as specifeid and directed by the Engr-in-charge.

Preparation of steel surface of any description over 10 cm width or girth and painting of two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer for metal surface of panels, cable duct cover, shutters of sub stn & any surface area etc.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide and not exceeding 1.5 mtr depth for taking out/for laying under ground cables/pipes etc and getting out any type soil complete all as specified & dircted.

Returning filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n-exc 25 cm complete all as specified & dircted.

Removing excavated soil to a distance n-exc 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level n-exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified & dircted.

Supply and spreading fine river sand in trenches for cushioning of under ground cable/filling cable ducts all as directed by Engr-in-Charge at site Note : - Only punned thickness shall be measured for payment purpose

Supply and lay burnt brick sub class ‘B’ of standard size laid in trenches as protection to cables complete all as directed.

Boring of holes under road, pavement, hard standing by trenchless technology technique for 40-80 mm dia pipe complete all as dircted.

Supply and fixing GI pipe light grade for cable protection , laid in trenches or fixed on pole/wall for passing LT cables of sizes 40 mm dia including taking out old rusted pipe all as specified and directed..

Supply and laying LT UG cable XLPE insulated heavy duty electric cable with aluminium stranded conductor, 1100 volts grade, cross sectional area 10 sq mm 2 core including taking out old unserviceable cable complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No 31 above but 16 sq mm 4 core complete all as specified & as directed.

M&L for steel tubular swaged poles complete with cast iron base plate, final taper plug, bolts, nuts and screws as specified type 410 SP-22, 8.5 metres long including erection, painting with two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide or primer complete including taking down old unserviceable PCC/Steel Pole complete all as specified and as directed. (Note Excavation earth work and PCC paid and measured seperately)

M&L for steel tubular swaged poles type 410 SP-03, 7.0 metres long including dacorative type single arm bracket for street light fixing on top of the pole size not less then 1.0 Mtr as per sample complete, with cast iron base plate, final taper plug, bolts, nuts and screws as specified, including erection, painting with two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide or primer complete including taking down old unserviceable PCC/Steel Pole complete all as specified and as directed. (Note Excavation earth work and PCC paid and measured seperately)

M&L for cement concrete type D2 1:4:8 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) for making good surfaces in road cutting, pole foundation, stay concrete etc all as directed

M&L for plain cement concrete type C1(1:3:6) (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in coping including necessary form work and finishing exposed surface/white washing complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & fix Timer distribution board/street light panel of capacity 32/40A, (Min Load Capacity 6 KW) 230 volt 3 pole with astronomical/digital time switch, contactor, MCBs and out going terminal with necessary mounting arrangement as per sample including taking down U/S panel complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix astronomical / digital timer switch 3 years 110 - 240 VAC suitable for controlled 3 Phase - 4 Wire 3 Channel including all necessary electrical connection in LT panel including taking down U/S timer switch all as specified and directed by Engr in charge.

S&F triple pole contactor of capacity 40A of coil voltage of 415V AC with auxillary contact arrangement of having 2 NO (Normally open) + 2 NC (Normally closed) including taking down U/S contactor complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F MCB 40 to 63 Amp TP, 415 volts 10 KA 'C' series including taking down old unserviceable one complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing Aluminium Strip 25 x 3.00 mm complete with saddle and fixing screw, epoxy insulators for roof or down conductor or fixed to pole or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc, as required including making test point and testing complete all as directed.

M&L for Test point terminal block made of gun metal or phosphorus bronze size 75mm x 75mm x 25mm, drilled and screwed including 03 Nos 8 mm dia 25 mm long hexagonal head screws with suitable enclosure made out of 3 mm thick CRCA sheet box all as specified and as directed.

M&L for earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60cmx60cmx6.0mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtrs deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 mtrs below normal ground level, connected to galvanised iron strip 32×6mm as earthing lead by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No 3 in SSR Part -I 2009 connected to earting test point all as specified complete with excavation & earth work, PCC pit with 50mm thick RCC cover (grade M-15) having suitable handle (10mm MS Rod) 20mm dia GI pipe medium grade ISI marked watering pipe with GI funned with wire mesh 40mm bore GI pipe medium grade ISI marked for protection of earth lead conductor all as specified and as directed and testing on completion.
