Providing and applying primer coat with 60/70bitumen emulsion on prepared surface of granuler base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.60 kg/sqm using mechanical means.including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc .required to proper completion of the work as per Morth clause 502.Analysed Rate

Providing and laying bituminous macadam with 100-120 TPH hot mix plant producing an average out put of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregate of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder of VG-30 @3.4 per cent of mix transported to site,laid over a previously prepared surface with paver finisher to the required grade, level and allgnmentand rolled as per clauses 501.6 and501.7 to achieve the desired compaction.Analysed Rate

Providing & applying tack coat with VG 10 bitumen emulsion using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.35 kg/ sqm on the prepared bituminous/granular surface cleaned with mechnical broom.including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc .required to proper completion of the work as per Morth clause 503.Analysed Rate

Providing & laying 25 mm thick compacted S.D.B.C. with 100-120 TPH batch type hot mix plant producing an average out put of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregate of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder,@ 5.00 % weight of total mix and filler transporting the hot mix to work site, Laying with hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor controller to required grade, level & alignment & rolling with smooth wheeled vibratory and tandem rollers to achieved the desired compaction complete in all respects & as per relevant clauses of MORT & H section-504. Providing and laying Cement concrete 1:4:8 (1 cement : 4coarse sand : 8 graded stone ballast 40 mm nominal size) including supply of all materials.labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work and curing complete. also including cost of formwork in foundation

Brick work with common burnt clay (non-modular) bricks of class-150 in foundation & plinth in. Cement morter 1:6 (1 cement:6 coarse sand)
