Charges for reconnection of power and control cables, setting of open / close limit / torque switches, testing of modules, motors and checking of operation as instructed by the maintenance engineer incharge. ( valve actuators)

Charges for replacement of limit switch assembly and actuator terminal blocks as instructed by the maintenance engineer incharge.

Charges for power/control cable joining works for Motorised actuators of Boiler and Turbine area using standard technique.

Charges for transporting the testing equipment, cleaning & assisting for conducting the tests on HT relay panel.

Charges for transporting the testing equipment, Cleaning & assisting for conducting the tests on LT motor location.

Charges for transporting the testing equipment, cleaning & assisting for conducting the tests on LT relay panel.

Charges for transporting the testing equipment, Cleaning & assisting for conducting the test on Generator Relay Panel testing & GCDP Meter calibration.

Charges for cleaning, disconnection of control cables, terminal tightness checking of actuator terminal blocks, local push button and lubricating the limit switch mechanism as instructed by the maintenance engineer incharge. ( valve actuators)

Checking the control circuit of WWSB’s / LRSB’s / APH’s soot blowers modules for the healthiness & identifying the defective components with trouble shooting of control panel and local junction boxes in all 4 levels of the boiler from 16 Mtr to 34 Mtr levels in wall blowers of all three Units as instructed by our maintenance Engineer.

Charges for switching on the module of wall blower switch off the same after completion of operation of wall blowers in switch gear as instructed by our maintenance engineer, with trouble shooting by replacing the control and power fuses in control panels and replacing push buttons of local junction boxes in all 4 levels of the boiler from 16 Mtr to 34 Mtr levels in wall blowers all three Units.

Cleaning of converter cubicles, Field Breaker cubicles, and Regulations Cubicle checking the tightness of AC/DC bus bars joints, terminal blocks in Converter Panels, Field Breaker panel and Regulation Panel. (Digital Excitation system)

Opening/closing time and contact resistance measurement works of Field breaker main and FDR contacts, testing of relays, transformers & timers, carrying out the modification works for conducting the dummy load test in the Digital Excitation System and measurement at Rotor DC resistance and impedance measurement at standstill, barring gear speed and various speeds during rolling of turbine.

Cleaning, Tightness checking, Defect replacing and testing assistance for calibration of panel meters and transducers at UCB.

Dismantling of existing relays control cables, CT & PT cables from terminal block to existing relay and releasing of static relays from panels.

Arrangement for Relay fixing works, that is Panel cutting and drilling for suitable cutout in the existing panel.

Fixing of New Numerical relays Re-ferruling and re-laying and dressing of control cables and CT & PT cables from Terminal block to New Numerical relays.

Charges for the transporting of test equipments and for assisting light up & Pre /Post synchronizing activities like field breaker, GT breaker, UAT incomer breakers close permissive and trouble shooting as instructed by our maintenance engineer.

Charges for removing defective limit mechanism assembly, reconditioning & repairing the defective limit mechanism, Gear, assembly & micro switch arrangement. Re-fixing, limit setting and checking the operation of 1 No Actuator assembly during routine/overhaul maintenance as instructed by our maintenance Engineer in charges.

Checking the control circuit of Instrument Air / Service Air Compressor / Driers and debris filter modules for the healthiness. Terminal block tightness, Identifying and replacing the defective components, removing and reconnecting the control cables as instructed by our maintenance engineer.

Routine maintenance of cleaning of control panels in Boiler, Turbine, Generator and its auxiliaries.

Assisting in simulation of protection by stimulating the field contacts for the following transformers 1) Generating Transformer 2) Unit Auxiliary Transformer 3) Unit Service Transformer 4) Station Service Transformer 5) ESP Transformer 6) CWPH Transformer 7) FOPH Transformer 8) PDFACS Transformer

Charges for transporting the testing equipments and assisting for Testing of P.O/Spare/field equipment/ materials/ cable fault locations at field / Central Stores.
