Fabrication Erection of 8.5 Mtr. Long PCC Pole With all Accessories as per UPPCL Norms.

Fabrication Erection of 11 Mtr. Long STP Pole With all Accessories as per UPPCL Norms.

Erection of Sub-Station type Double Pole on 9/11 meter long ST. Pole along with fixing of necessary clamp/accessories including fixing of straight M.S 100*50 mm (2028 ,, long)/Angle 100*5 mm 02 Nos with arrangemnt of fixing of 03 Nos Pin insulator including Sub-station base angle long 65*65*6 mm (2250mm) channel 02 No. Earting it proprely as per RESPO Speclifcation. (All material execpt STP will be provided by contractor.)

Earthing of CT/PT unit/TF by 11 KV MS earth Rod 2500mm long as per RESPO Schedule. (All material shall be supplied by the contractor.)

Laying of 11KV 3*70/120 sqmm XLPE cable with drilling machine as per normes of UPPCL for road crossing.

Well/Pipe type earthing of with 60 Fit Deep borring and providing GI Pipe 1.5" dia ("B" Class) and earthing must be joint by G.I. Strip of 32x5 mm thick long attached with nut & bolts and GI pipe cap.( All material and labour shall be supplied the contractor.)

Erection 11 KV Over headline (19 Span) with all accessories supplied by the contractor expcept pole and conductor

Grounting and nuzzling of Stay set complete including fixing necessary clamps. Accessories required including its grouting by civil meterial (sand, Bricks & Ballast & Cement) (All meteril shall be supplied by the contractor.)

Fabrication Erection & Commissioning of 25 KVA T/F 63/100 KVA T/F on DP with all accessores. (All Meterial Except 25 KVA 63/100 KVA T/F Shall be supplied by the contractor.)

Fabrication Erection & Commissioning of 250 KVA T/F on plinth with all accessories.(All Meterial Except 250 KVA T/F Shall be supplied by the contractor.)

Fabrication Erection & Commissioning of 400 KVA T/F on plinth with all accessories. (All Meterial Except 400 KVA T/F Shall be supplied by the contractor.)

Digging of pit suitable for 3/70/120 sqmm. 11 KV XLPE cable laying. After 11 KV XLPE cable laying refilling by Bricks and Sand as per RESPO Norms.

Making of Heat & shrinkables joints in 11 KV XLPE cable(Jointing kit will be provided by deptt.)

Cable Hosting of 11 KV 3*70/120 sqmm. Including jumpering etc complite with help of GI pipe having length 3(6 INCH DIA) MTr. As per RESPO Norms.

Supply and commsining 11/KV DO fuse set along with all accessories clamps & nut bolts etc. On exinstig double Pole.

Supply and fixing of Copper L-Piece 3.5*70 Sqmm LT PVC cable with jumpering.

Errection and Fixing of ABC (3X50/3X120/3X95) cable with jumpering.

Supply and fixing of LT PVC cable AL 1x400 sqmm.

Supply and fixing of Al Lug 240/400sqmm.

Construction of masonary type D.P. Box with 03 Nos. 500 Amp. Tabular fuse unit ans M.S. Angle Iron support of size 50X50X6 mm. All the civil and other material required shall be arranged and provided by contractor for completion of job as per RESPO norms along with necessary laying oF cable and making its cartage & necessary connection.

Installation & commisoning of 11/KV pilfer Resistance metering cubical ( required CT ratio.) (All meterial Except pilfer resistance metering cubical and cabel termination kit, 100 kva T/F shall be supplied by the contractor.)

Construction of T/F plinth of size 2x2x1.5 mtr with the help first class brick & masonry in the ratio 1:4 cement & sand coarse. Filling the structure completely per norms with RCC to 1:2:2 cement & stone grit with MS bar and MS channel for resting transformer. (All material and labour shall be supplied by contractor.)

Erection of wire mesh fencing 02 Mtr height with a gate and with retaining wall including grouting of Fabricated M.S. Angle 65x65x6 mm support. Painting of fencing/support with all material as per RESPO Norms.

Dismntaling of Pole and carriage, Loading-unloading of pole from Work site to JES-Dump Store/ESC-Daliganj Lucknow.

11 KV VCB installation charges(Including earthing and other decentralised material should be provided by contractor )

Chemical type Earthing (All material and labour shall be supplied by contractor.)
