31.300.1A Supply and installation of DI D/F Gate each Valves (Soft seated ) Resilient seated soft sealing gate valves (Sluice valves ) (Make VAG, AVK,Fouress) with body bonnet of ductile iron of grade GGG 40, wedge fully rubber lined EPDM of good quality W720, replaceable spindle nut, without gland packing and with 3 O-ring protection on the shaft and seals of NBR and the valves should be vacuum tight and 100% leak proof with face to face dimensions as per BSS 163-89/ISI 4846 - 2000/DIN3202 F4. All the valves should be Electrostatic powder coated both inside outside with pocket less straight thro body passage. All the valves shall be compatible for burried application without chambers, with pressure rating PN 10/16 - dia 150mm.

31.48.8E Providing and fixing C.I. Ball type non return valve (PN 1) conforming to IS 318 & IS 1363, with bolts, nuts, rubber insertion etc., complete (the tail pieces if required will be paid separately) - 250 mm dia.

2.10.1.1 Excavating trenches of required width for pipes, cables, etc including excavation for sockets, and dressing of sides, ramming of bottoms, depth upto 1.5m, including getting out the excavated soil, and then returning the soil as required, in layers not exceeding 20 cm in depth, including consoli- dating each deposited layer by ramming, watering, etc. and disposing of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m - all kinds of soil - pipes, cables etc , not exceeding 80mm dia.

31.276.1C Supplying of electricallly operated horizontal split casing pump and motor (JYOTHI /KIRLOSKAR/ BEACON) make AC 3 phase, 415 volts,50 HZ,1500 RPM, squirrel cage motor.The pump shall have bronze impeller,high grade steel shaft, flexible coupling set,including the cost of common, M.S. Base plate, foundation bolts, etc. complete with suitable suction and delivery sizes.(25 HP centrifugal motor and pumpset).

31.278.1A Erection, testing and commissioning of the centrifugal motor pumpset with pipe fittings, etc. complete.- 15 HP to 25 HP motor.

31.277.1B Supplying and fixing of 25 X 25 mm size vaccum pump (KIRLOSKAR /MAXWELL/ DEKKAR) make 3 phase monoblock motor and pumpset complete.- 2.2 KW/3 HP.

31.128.1D Providing and laying Cast Iron Double flanged pipe conforming to IS specification 1537& 7181 and ISI marked suitable for flanged joints in good condition including transportation of C.I.pipe from production centre/company to the site at UT of Puducherry, lowering to the trenches (or fixing in over head tanks above ground level) laying to proper grade and alignment, testing of joints with required testing equipment etc., complete all as per IS 3114 and CPWD specification. (earth work and jointing of pipes with rubber insertion will be paid separately) - 200mm dia.

15.53.2 Dismantling of C.I.sluice valve including stacking of useful material within a lead of 50 metres - above 150mm diameter.

16.96 Supplying fixing and commisioning of Suguna / Texmo / Sharp 2 HP monoblock pumpset slow speed single phase motor. The rate include the cost of pumpset, pumpset fixing in position and test run etc. complete.

7.3.3 Laying of one number additional PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 kV grade of following size direct in ground in the same trench in one tier horizontal formation including excavation , sand cushioning , protective covering and refilling the trench etc. as required - above 95 sq.mm and upto 185 sq.mm.
