Providing Pile Foundation of size 300mm dia using augur including labour charges and all other tools and plants charges etc., as per direction of departmental officers

Earth work excavation in all kinds of soil including sand, silt, wet sand under water, black cotton, stiff black cotton, clay, hard stiff clay, hard red earth, murram, stoney earth, gravel and shales etc. excepting all kinds of rock and boulders exceeding 0.014 cum. in volume including rough dressing and dumping the excavated materials away from work site manually within 10m initial lead and 2m initial lift as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Cement concrete 1:4:8 (one cement, four sand and eight aggregate) using 40mm hard broken granite stone jelly for foundation including dewatering if found necessary and laid in layers of not more than 15 cm thick and compacted etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Supplying and erecting SHUTTTERING including necessary supports for plane surfaces such as RCC COLUMN FOOTING, PLINTH BEAM, STAIRCASE STEPS etc., in all floors using mild steel sheets of size 90cm X 60Cm and BG 10 stiffened with welded mild steel angles for boarding supported by Casuarinas props at suitable intervals etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed.

Providing centering using M.S.Sheet sides and soffits for R.C.C column raising including all cost and conveyance etc complete

Supplying, fabricating and placing in position TMT/CTD rods for all RCC works including cost of steel and binding wire also in all floors complete complying with standard specification

Cement concrete 1:1.5:3 (one cement, one and a half sand and three aggregate) using 20mm hard broken granite stone jelly for All RCC items of work excluding centering, shuttering, and cost of reinforcement grill but including curing finishing, vibrator charges etc., complete and also including fixing fan clamps and fixtures in RCC works wherever necessary as directed by departmental officer etc., complete.

BRICK WORK in cement mortar 1:5 (one cement and five sand) using best quality of second class (Table molded chamber burnt ) bricks of size 9"x4 ½"x3" for the following including curing etc., complete complying with standard specifications. (Masonry projections wherever necessary for obtaining the required elevation shall be done without extra cost.

PLASTERING with cement mortar 1:5 (one cement and five sand) 12mm thick in all floors complying with standard specifications.

Supply and fixing of L angle, Grill including cutting, bending , welding and erection charges etc.

PAINTING new IRON WORKS for doors, windows and Ventilators, Iron bars Weld mesh, wire mesh, screen, steel bars, flats and other similar works etc., with TWO COATS of approved first quality of synthetic enamel paint over a base coat of red oxide primer in all floors. The rate is inclusive of cost of all materials and labour, brushes and scaffolding charges etc., complete complying with standard specification. The paint to be used should be got approved by the Executive engineer before use on work.

Painting with first quality emulsion paint two coats over a priming coat including thorough cleaning, scrapping, removal of dust and including necessary plaster of paris putty works wherever required etc., completed.

Dismantling the damaged Brick work in cm

Filling with well gravel layer by layer cost including watering and consolidations etc. complete as per the direction of departmental officer.
