Providing and applying two coats of an anti-carbonation coating Dr.Fixit concrete guard WB on the prepared substrate to protect them from the adverse environmental conditions after the surface is properly prepared apply priming coat of Dr-Fixit concrete guard WB brush or spray diluting in 1:1 proportion with water the primer coat shall achieve coverage of approx.. 10.00 Sqm/litre. Allow it to day for 2-3 hours before application of finishing coat apply two neat coats of Dr. Fixit concrete guard WB without any diluting finishing coat (undiluted) 4.00 sqm/ltr (two or more coats) concrete surface time interval between two coats is 6-8 hours the technical properties are as follows : (a). Solid content of 71% + 3 as per IS 101 part 8 sec 2. (b). Adhesion to concrete 3N/mm2 as per ASTMD 4541:2017 (c). Tensile strength = 2N/mm2 as per ASTMD638:2014 (d). Elongation = 200% as per ASTD & 38:2014 (e). Tear strength of 1532N/mm2 as per ASTD 624:2020

Old work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/ 10 sqm) on existing cement paint surface

Providing and fixing single scaffolding system on the exterior side with 100mm dia bamboo 150 cm c/c vertical and 100 cms c/c horizontal and tieing with coir rope with essential safety features for the workman etc complete as per the direction and approval of Engineer-in-charge. The elevational area of the scaffolding shall be measured for payment purpose.
