Supply, installation and fixing of Ornamental Decorative Street Lighting Pole made out of GI pipe and having provision to fix decorative Double/Triple arm bracket on specified concrete foundation (to be paid separately) according to the OEM specified drawing of pole foundation. The decorative bracket shall be fixed on the top of the Pole as per detail given below: Pole: The Pole part is of height 8.0 mtrs . The pole has Aluminium casting bottom base of height 2000 mm on GI base plate of Diameter 350 mm*16 mm. The base plate is welded to Grooved GI column of OD 139.5 mm 0r above of length 2.0 mtr. Middle section having OD 88.9 mm or above GI column of 6.0 mtr Length and having Aluminium Casting Rings on the joint and in the middle. The bottom section has inbuilt junction box that is suitable for wiring and fixing MCB. Overall Weight of Pole – 125 kgs +/- 5 % approx. The design of each part is clearly shown in drawing. (Attached with this ) Brackets: The architectural custom design Double Side combo bracket as shown in the drawing are of as per mentioned dimensions Width- 1600 mm; Ht- 2000mm. The bracket is provided with decorative GI pipe and Aluminium embellishments on both sides and Tiger Logo with Laser Cutting on the top for aesthetics. Finish: All the Parts of the Pole & bracket are finished as per the following procedure to procure the supreme quality of finishing. All the items are painted in 4 layer coating in which first layer is done one coat each of etch primer, Epoxy Primer (to prevent corrosion), Polyurethane paint (any shade as per required) and final layer of PU lacquer to prevent from UV Rays. Successful Bidder must have pre approved a sample piece of pole & Foundation detail drawing from Engineer In Charge before Execution.

Duly wired up and complete as required on site.UV resistant powder coated and lacquer coated in antique finish.

Providing and Laying RCC Foundation for Octagonal / Conical Street Light poles as per Drawing attach at Table P-05 with Following Procedure

A) Excavation of Pit for Foundation Size upto required depth from Ground level

B) Dressing of Pit and Dry stone pitching 200 mm thick including supply of stones and preparing surface complete.

C) Providing and laying in position cement concrete of M-10 grade of 75 mm thickness

D) Reinforcement for R.C.C. work with TMT bars including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete.

E) Centring and shuttering including strutting , propping etc. and removal of form work for Footing and Pedestal
