M&L for rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces of wall, finished surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified as directed.

M&L for rendering 5 mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 of ceiling surface, surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing and injecting chemical emulsion for post constructional Antitermite Treatment along external wall where the apron is not provided using chemical emulsion at the rate of 7.5 litres per sqm of the vertical surface of the sub-structure to a depth of 300mm including excavating channel along the wall and rodding etc. complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Glazed ceramic coloured tiles in vertical surface 7 to 8mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.06sqm and n.exc. 0.11 sqm, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match tiles over 10mm thick backing coat in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Glazed ceramic coloured tiles in vertical surface 350x250x7mm/450x350x7mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match tiles over 10mm thick backing coat in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for non asbestos 4mm thick fiber cement building boards fixed or laid/inserted to aluminium frame work with screws as in false ceiling fixed in ceiling flat or sloping including aluminium anodised snap grid frame work of size 605x605mm for false ceiling with hanging arrangement of 6mm dia G .I. wire (upto 1200 mm length) adjusting level fixed to roof slab by means of ceiling cleats made out of GI flat 40x3 mm size and 60mm long and expansion hold fasteners 12.50mm dia 40mm long complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in floor or where required , surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling brick or brick tiles laid flat, bedded and pointed in any type of mortar as on roof etc complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling / striping out of existing roof treatment (tarfelt & roof plaster etc) including PCC padding of any description, and any thickness including backing, and remove the debris complete all as specified and directed.

Roughening surfaces of old concrete floor by sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust etc and brushing neat cement slurry with 3.0 Kg of cement per Sqm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 40mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in roof padding to maintain proper slope mixed with liquid water proofing compound @100 ml per 50 Kg of cement bag complete all as specified and directed. Note: WPC will be measured and paid separately.

M&L for cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in roof kerb or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement, mixed with liquid water proofing compound @100 ml per 50 Kg of cement bag complete all as specified and directed. Note: WPC will be measured and paid separately.

Supply only integral liquid water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed. Make:- Dr Fixit Pidiproof LW+ or equivalent in specified make.

M&L for water proofing treatment to roof surface complete all as specified and directed with the followings:- (a) Applying bituminous based primer confirming to IS:3384-1965 @ 0.25 litre per sqm (b) Applying a tack coat of hot blown bitumen grade 85/25 confirming to IS:702 @ 1.20 Kg per sqm (c) Applying APP modified polymeric membrane of weight not less than 3.6Kg per sqm laid and bonded to the sub strata by heat process, over laps of 100mm shall be sealed / fused by flame torch application as per manufacturer instructions.

S&F 40 mm thick brick tiles laid flat, jointed and pointed in CM 1:3 mixed with linseed oil @ 5% by weight of cement on screed bed of 15mm thick of cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No. 61 above but except tiles.

Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar including all quoins, pillars etc but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stone work and pre-cast articles complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with sub class B bricks of old size, straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius, built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs 5mm thick prelaminated Solid PVC sheet in strips and channels feathered at the edges for fixing on solid PVC wall lining (Panelling), insulated PVC wall lining inclusive of solvent cement and fixing at site on PVC frames along walls complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cutting out cracks of roof in V-Section in existing roofs or terracing, cleaning out, wetting, grouting with cement and sand slurry 1:3 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 40mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-0 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate as in floor, surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.
