Repair to pot holes any depth not exceeding 1 Sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths etc cutting around edge to at least 25mm in depth making good by filling in screened and graded road metal, watering, applying tack coat of paving bitumen VG-30 grade @ 5 kg per 10 sqm and well ramming (including supply of road metal) complete all as specified.

Scarifying or picking gravelled macadam or bituminous macadam surfaces exc 50 mm and not exc 100 mm deep in area not exceeding 400 Sqm complete all as specified.

Precast cement concrete solid block 1:3:6 type C-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) laid continuous set in cement mortar 1:4 as in edging laid on end vertically including necessary earth work and excavation in any type of soil and tamping earth around the block and removal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 meter and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 M above the starting point complete all as specified.

75 mm thick (compacted thickness) WBM with coarse aggregate (granite) of grading II (40 to 63mm size) spread, voids filled with screenings and blinded with coarse sand rolled and consolidated to required gradient and camber, complete all as specified.

All as per ser no. 4 above but except material (material obtained from ser no. 2 shall be used)

Preparing new WBM surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with air compressor to remove all loose dirt etc complete all as specified.

Applying evenly a priming coat of paving bitumen of grade VG-10 @ 10Kg /10 Sqm on unsurfaced surfaces i.e. WBM surface complete all as specified.

Preparing the existing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with air compressor to remove all loose dirt etc complete all as specified.

Applying evenly a priming / tack coat of paving bitumen of VG-30 @ 5 kg per 10 Sqm complete all as specified.

50 mm thick (consolidated thicknesss) premix bituminous macadam using paving bitumen VG-30 grade any penetration, binder content 5.5% by weight of total mix, binded with 0.09 cum of stone chippings 6.3 mm size laid/rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber complete all as specified.

Bituminous pre-mixed asphaltic semi dense concrete 40mm consolidated thickness, with 5.5% binder content by weight of total mix using VG-30 bitumen rolled with 8 to 12 Ton capacity power roller and compacted to required camber and gradient complete all as specified and directed. Note : (i) Automatic hot mixing plant of adequate capacity shall be used for heating and mixing of aggregate, bitumen etc for premix dense asphaltic concrete and mix for both items shall be laid with mechanical pavers. (ii) Quantity of bitumen in dense asphaltic concrete shall be used as per design mix and shall be approved by the GE. Any variation in quantity of bitumen in desigm mix shall be priced as specified in the particular specification through deviation order. Unit rate quoted shall deemed to include the cost of design mix.

Cat eye of dimensions 100x100x18.5 mm plastic body with two way reflector and abrasion resistant lense fixed in repair as per manufacturer's instructions at the centre of the road complete all as specified. Make : Dark eye/3M/Sparkeye/Suneyez

Cat eye of dimensions 125x125x25 mm metallic body with two solar power LED (03 Nos on each side) reflectors and abrasion resistance lense colour yellow, grey or red fixed as per manufacturer's instructions complete all as specified. Make : Dark eye/3M/Sparkeye/Suneyez

2.5mm thick road marking strips (reflective) of specified shade colour using hot thermoplastic material by fully automatic thermoplastic paint applicator machine, fitted with profile shoe, gum beds dispenser propane tank healers and profile shoe heater drivern by skilled operator on road surfaces including cleaning the road surface of all dirt, scales, oil grease and foreign materials etc as per applicator specifications complete all as specified.

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floors or pavings not exc 15 cm thickness below or above ground level and removal of rubbish from the site complete all as specified.

100 mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base of flooring complete all as specified.

Precast interlocking paver block of any shape and size 80 mm thick, M-40 grade with grey cement and pigment conforming to IS-15658-2006 set over and including 25 mm thick sand cushioning complete all as specified. Make : UNISOTNE, NTC, NITCO, ULTRA, JOHNSON, SURYA K
