S. sheet roofing including vertical/curved surface fixed with polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8mm diameter with bitumen and G.I limpet washers or with G.I. limpet washers filled with white lead, including a coat of approved steel primer and two coats of approved paint on overlapping of sheets complete (upto any pitch in horizontal/vertical or curved surface)excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required. 0.50 mm thick with zinc coating not less than 275 gram/m2 The Job includes the material Cost, Labour Cost, Transportation Cost and Taxes. Total Areas = Wall + Ceiling = 5000 sqft + 2500 Sqft = 7500 Sqft = 696.77 sqm

Fabrication, Providing and Fitting of Aluminum doors, windows and ventilators with frame made out of Powdered coated aluminum of gauge not more than 12 mm including glass, rubber beading, aluminum Fly mesh, aluminum sheet panels for doors and other allied accessories. The Job also includes bifurcation of rooms with the help of Aluminum Sheets as per site requirement. The color and final design will be approved by Engineer in charge.

Tiles:-Providing and laying vitrified floor tiles in different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS:15622 of approved make, in all colours and shades, laid on 20mm thick cement mortar l:4 (1cement :4 coarse sand) including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc. complete. Size (600x60Omm) Floor area= 2500 ft2= 232 m2

Providing and fixing on wall face un-plasticized Rigid PVC rain water pipes conforming to 1S: 13592 Type A including jointing with seal ring conforming to IS: 5382 leaving 10 mm gap for thermal expansion. (i) Single Socketed pipes 110mmdia Length of pipe 96 ft 29.26 mtr

Electrification of the Store by way of Providing and fitting of 10 nos. 4 feet LED tube lights, 06 no's ceiling fans with regulator of 1200 mm sweep, 04 nos exhaust fans of 12” dia with lovers, Providing and fitting of 1.5 mm sq mm. 2.5 sq.mm pvc wire, 4 mm pvc wire for different power circuits. P/F of modular switches, sockets, conduits of different per site requirement. The job includes material cost, labour cost and taxes.
