Supply of C I Sluice Valve, non rising with SS spindle, Flanged ends, P. N 1.0 of size 400 mm. Make:-Kirloskar/IVC or any other approved by DJB. Including its transportation, loading and unloading at site of work.
Fabrication/Supply of 400mm dia flange at site of work.
Providing of rubber insertion sheet neoprene for commissioning of sluice valves, pump pipe line, flanged joints and other work required at site
Providing of bolts, nuts, full threads, & washers for jointing flanges, pipe line & commissioning of pump/sluice valves and other works.
Dewatering of line with the help of submersible pumps of suitable capacity as per site requirement.
Dismantling of old sluice valve by, cutting of nuts & bolts from the flange end and removing the valves. Fixing of newly supplied sluice valve with MS pipes etc as per site requirement. The work including welding/cutting work along with replacement of valves is in the scope of work. All labor like fitter, welder, cutter, helper, beldar, supervisor, electrician and material like welding rod, packing sheet, nut and bolts, welding machine, cutter set, oxygen cylinder, LPG cylinder, and T&P etc per site requirement are in the scope of work. All the safety equipments will be provided to the working staff by the firm & Firm shall carry out the work taking all safety measures.
Testing & Commissioning of 400 MM dia Sluice valve at site.
