Excavation for Structures Earth work in excavation of foundation of structures as per drawing and technical specification, including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious matter, dressing of sides and bottom and backfilling with approved material, Ordinary soil, Manual Means , Depth up to 3 m , Note:- 1. Dewatering if required , 10 per cent of labour cost Assessment for dewatering shall be made as per site conditions. 2.The excavated earth can be used partially for backfilling of foundation pit and partly for road work except for marshy soil. Hence cost of disposal has not been added except for marshy soil. This remark is common to all cases of item 15.1 excluding marshy soil. 3.The cost of shoring and shuttering, where needed, may be added @ 1 per cent on cost of excavation for open foundation.

Supply and erection of Steel including Cutting, bendlng.weldlng of joints if required .fixing and placing of steel reinforcement in accordance with approved design and drawings including excavation and refilling of soil complete in all respect and any other work contingent thereto as per sizes and specification given in DNIT(Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe- 500D or more).

C/C for tower foundation:- Providing and laying in position ready mixed plain cement concrete, using fly ash and cement content as per approved design mix and manufactured in fully automatic batching plant and transported to site of work in transit mixer for all leads, having continuous agitated mixer, manufactured as per mix design of specified grade for plain cement concrete work, including pumping of R.M.C. from transit mixer to site of laying and curing, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering and finishing, including cost of curing, admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS : 9103 to accelerate/ retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability as per direction of the Engineer- in-charge. Note: Fly ash conforming to grade I of IS 3812 (Part-1) only be used as part replacement of OPC as per IS : 456. Uniform blending with cement is to be ensured in accordance with clauses 5.2 and 5.2.1 of IS: 456 -2000 in the items of BMC and RMC.M-10 grade plain cement concrete cum (cement content considered @ 220 kg/cum)1:4:8 Mix (M-10).

(Note :- Cement content considered in this item is@ 330 kg/cum. Less cement used as per design mix is recoverable. However no extra payment shall be made if excess cement is used as per design mix)1:1.5:3 Mix (M-25).

Control room building :- Designing and construction of RCC M-25 Framed structure building confirming to national building code for building in accordance with approved design and drawings with single story building height 5.00mtr or more as required, including cable trenches , all electrical , mechanical and Sanitary works and all other works contingent thereto as per sizes and specification given in DNIT.

Road :- Designing and construction of 6m wide C.C road and the main road leading to 66KV switch yard shall have a embankment as gradient with 150mm thick (1:3:6) with concrete base and 200mm thick M-25 design mix concrete with kerb and channels in accordance with approved design and drawings , Supply and installation of 8.00 Mtr high LED solar street light at 30m c/c , main gates walkways , levelling etc. complete in all respect and any other work contingent thereto as per sizes and specification given in DNIT.
