Round the clock Annual Operation and maintenance of various electromechanical services, i.e. 2x630 KVA Sub-station, operation of 2 No. 125 KVA capacity DG sets, Submersible pump, Booster pump sets, Internal electrical installation fans, Compound light, PA system etc. installed at various locations in Anand Vihar ISBT complex i/c passenger bays, toilets, offices Transport complex by deploying following electrical staff having qualification and experience as per terms and conditions attached with tender document round the clock i/c Holiday/National holidays etc. complete as required. (a) Supervisor- 3 No. (b) Skilled operator (Wireman Gr.-1) - 3 Nos. (c) Semi-Skilled operator (Wireman Gr. 2) - 4 Nos. (d) Unskilled manpower (Khallasi)- 4 Nos. (e ) Announcer for PA System - 6 Nos.

Repairing and Servicing of 125 KVA DG Sets installed at Anand Vihar ISBT complex including replacement of following parts. ( Note: Dismantled material will be property of contractor). (a) Mobile oil 15W40 grade

(b) Mobile & Diesel Filter set

(c) 12 Volt, 88 AH battery

(d) Battery Charger

(e) Repairing of Self

(f) Coolant

Lifting of 5HP 3 Phase Submersible pump set from the existing bore well complete with all accessories with the help of manual labour, chain pulley block & tripod stand etc .complete as reqd.

Lowering of Submersible pump set from the existing bore well complete with all accessories with the help of manual labour, chain pulley block & tripod stand etc. complete as reqd.

Repairing and servicing of 5 HP S/Monoblock motor pump set i/c rewinding of motor remetalling, turning /finishing of Impeller & replacement of ball bearing, dismantling and refixing of pump set i/c connection, testing etc. complete as reqd.

Rewinding of following with super enamaled copper wire of suitable size inclusing varnishing, baking, testing etc complete as required (dismantled burrent copper wire will the property of Contractor) a) 600/ 450 mm sweep Air Circulator Fan

c) 1200 / 1400 mm Ceiling fan

Replacement Ball Bearing of suitable size in the existing ceiling fan / Wall /Air Circulator fan/ Exhaust fan

Supplying/Laying/Fixing of the following XLPE insulated alumium conductor armored cable on surface/pipe/duct etc. complete as required. a) 2x6 sq.mm

b) 3.5x25 sqmm

Painting of ceiling fan/Exhaust in installed position with one or more coats of spray painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade, including cleaning of surface with detergent etc. as required.
