M&L for preparation old surfaces of plastered or unplastered old decorated surfaces of walls by brooming down or steel wire brushing; scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spots and applying one coat of white/lime wash on walls including cornices, pilasters etc complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No. 1 here in before but on ceiling surfaces.

M&L for one coat of exterior emulsion tera cota on plaster, concrete surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for French polishing on old surfaces of any description exc 10cm width or girth in one or more coats including preparation of old wooden surfaces including of wood filler on works with complete all as specified and directed.

Complete removal of existing treatment and applying a coat of 3.0mm thick wall care putty in wall etc. rubbing with sand paper obtained smooth & plain surface complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparing old surfaces of plastered or unplastered surfaces including washing rubbing down and scrapping smoke soot moulds, moss and greasing sports with steel wire brush and applying one coat of cement base paint complete all as specified and as directed. (Note : Ladders, scaffolding will be provided by Contractor where required)

Writing letters or figures (Block, Roman, Italic or Indian) n exc. 30 cm high complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls etc.including racking out joints,hacking for key scrubing down with water&receive plaster upto double story height complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:6 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished fair and even complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparing new surfaces of plastered or unplastered and applying two coat of cement base paint over chalk whiting complete all as specified and as directed. (Note : Ladders, scaffolding will be provided by Contractor where required)

M&L for preparation of new plastered surface on wall of any description and applying distempering with two coats distemper oil emulsion distemper complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling post or struts (wood, steel or RCC) any section incl taking out embedded portion in concrete, brick work, masonry etc and making good disturbed ground complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) in hard/dense soil each n exc 0.5 cu. m, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm, compete all as specified & directed

M&L Cement concrete type C2 1:3:6 (40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) in foundations, post hole, filling and mass concrete etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F of mild steel work in angle iron or other stock section or core for wooden hand - rail straight portioon, drilled and countersunk for balusters, nosing of steps, including embeding in concrete and screwing etc. wind ties for foof including securing bolts, posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe – 290 Gde E -165 complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Galvanised. 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. as directed (each line wire to be measured) complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of new steel and iron surfaces of any description over 10cm in width or girth , priming with a coat of red oxide primer and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 4mm dia galvanised steel wire, 100x100mm mesh, made up into mattresses or cages, lapped, wired and laid in position including closing after filling complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, exc 5cm and n.exc 10cm long with dia of the neck 5 to 10mm, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for MS round bars Fe-410-W (Gde E-250) quality A or Fe 290 (Gde-E-165) 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed

Dismantling structural steel work including doors, gates but excluding framed truss etc, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces etc complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering doors etc to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of Cement Concrete (Unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings n exc. 15cm thickness (below or above ground level), as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Demolition of stone/ boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 100mm thick cement concrete type B2, 1:2:4 using 40mm graded stone aggregates as sub base to floor, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15mm thick Screed bed or bedding layer of mortar in CM 1:6 for laying floor finishes complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Chequered cement concrete tiles 30cm x 30cm x 25mm thick, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors with grey cement and pigments complete all as specified and directed.

M & L Precast cement concrete block masonry type C1 1:3:6 (20mm graded aggregate) with solid blocks, exc. 10cm in width and, setting in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified.

Painting lines, dashes, arrows etc. on curve stones, roads, pavements and the like exc 10cm wide with road marking paint, white , black or golden yellow complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Machine pressed precast conctete coloured interlocking paver block any shape and size fixed with grey cement and pigment confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness M-35 grade complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Sand filling as cushioning under floors including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and directed.
