MS stand for outdoor units zinc cromium primer duly epoxy coated - 02 Nos

Earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 60 cm x 60 cm x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 m deep below normal ground level) connected to galvanized iron strip 25 mm x 4 mm, 7.5 m long by means of bolts, nuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel, GI light grade protection pipe 15 mm dia, GI medium grade water pipe 20 mm dia with funnel all as shown in electric plate No 3 of SSR-2009 pt-I and testing complete including earth work excavation in any type of earth strata PCC 1:2:4 as in earthing pit, 50 mm PCC pit cover with 6mm iron handle attached , common salt charcoal all as specified including testing on complete. Note GI strip beyond 7.5 m shall be measured and paid for seprately.

Earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc as required with 25 mm x 4 mm GI strip.

Supply install commissioning and testing of commerial air curtain unit for prevention of dust and conditioned air losses, single phase, 220V, 50HZ, made out of MS/CRCA sheet of minimum thickness 18 gauge finished with two coats of red oxide primer and final coat of synthetic enameld paint (over backed) with MS CRV 18 gauge suare perorated suction grills, aluminium alloy fans, and single phase electric motor, nozzles etc, complete with fittings and acessories so as produce 1-15 m/sec air velocity at floor level for door opening size 40"x78" complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F sheet metal MCB DB 4 Way (double door) TPN with 200 Amps rateded copper bus bar horizontal type complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F MCB TP 32A, 50 Hz 'C' series 10 KA complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F MCB SP 20A, 50 Hz 'C' series 10 KA complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F MCCB 415 V 16 KA, FP 100A, 50HZ complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for sub main wiring 5x4 sqmm ( phase , neutral and earth) PVC insulated (heavy duty) 1100 volts grade, FRLS, with stranded copper conductor in & including PVC casing caping/conduit of suitable size not less than 25 mm ( 5 run of 4 sqmm cable and one run of PVC casing caping will be measured as one unit) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for sub main wiring 3 x 2.5 sqmm ( phase , neutral and earth) PVC insulated (heavy duty) 1100 volts grade, FRLS, with stranded copper conductor in & including PVC casing caping of suitable size not less than 25 mm ( 3 run of 2.5 sqmm cable and one run of PVC casing caping will be measured as one unit) complete all as specified and directed .

Dismantling and taking out all electric and walk in freezer airconditioning machine carefully complete with outdoor unit, indoor unit, copper pipes, cables etc and depositing AC unit to MES store complete all as specified and as directed.

Re-fixing of all existing cabling work main XLPE cable, power cable etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix surface/suspended water proof industrial luminiare with polycarbonate housing and diffuse included suitable for twin T8 LED tube (shall be operated from door opening and closing with push connect unit) complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for brickwork with subclass 'B' Bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6m means radius buit in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Cement concrete 1:3:6 type C2 using 40 mm stone aggregate foundation /resting platform in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for mild steel rolled section connected with each other with welding (angle, tee, channel, beam, hollow sections etc) as in main and cross beams, hip verticle hollow sections and jack rafters, purlins where connected to common rafters and running rils where verticle suctions and fixed in welded in wallsin wall surface with plates and other verticle sections are fixed in ground level embedded in concrete fixed and horizontal sections fixed in wall with bolt completly, fixed with angle, cleats or other connecting plates conforming to Gde Fe -410-W (Gde E-250) quality-B complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50 mm thick fixed in any position where directed of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws with one corrugation side lap, bent to shape complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L painting to steel surface over 10 cm width or girth with two coats of syntetic enamalled paint over and red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed.
