Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of submersible type AER 1 Feed Pumps (solid handling upto 20mm) of make: Wilo/Kirloskar/CRI incorporating C.I. casing, CI impeller, CI motor body with level controller and MS pump frames. Discharge: approx 7500 Lit/hr (each) at upto 16 Meter head. Motor capacity: minimum 3 HP (1W + 1SB)

Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of submersible type AER 2 Feed Pumps of make: Wilo/Kirloskar/CRI incorporating C.I. casing, CI impeller, CI motor body with level controller and MS pump frames. Discharge: approx. 7500 Lit/hr (each) at upto 16 Meter head. Motor capacity: minimum 1.5 HP (1W + 1SB)

Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of 160 cum of Organic AER Media carrier as per design provider's specification & composition having appropriate porosity of 40-60%, C:N ratio of 250-400:1along with Unloading, Loading, Filling, Installation & Commissioning of 160cum of AER Media complete as required (No PVC media carrier shall be used)

Supply, unloading, washing & filling of 60 tons of Round river gravels (size 20mm to 50mm) for providing drainage layer in the Advanced Eco Reactor

Supply, unloading and filling of 22 tons of mineral based silica in the Advanced Eco Reactor

Supply & mixing of AER Mix infused with facultative microbial & mineral additives in powder form and catalyst culture for AER media of make Organic Solutions/Environment Technologies & Systems/ Ecologic Waste Solutions at site complete as per directions of Engineer in Charge.

ASTM approved UPVC Sch 80 Piping work of make Supreme/Prince/Astral with all necessary accessories like B/F valves, Ball valves, suitable MS supports, Pressure gauges, MTA, Elbows, Unions, NRVs, reducer bush, FTA, clamps, GI nut bolts, rubber gaskets, couplers, suitable suction & delivery headers for pumps, couplers, foot valves, clamps, MS cable tray, fastners, cable ties, nipples, solvents, irrigation sprinklers etc. for making the STP, AER & filtration system etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Supply & laying of copper armoured cable make Polycab/Havels/L&T of suitable size in PVC channel/conduit/MS pipe from STP panel to all the pumps and Copper submersible cable of suitable size from STP panel in PVC channel/Conduit/MS pipe for submersible pumps complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of 170 sq mtr of MS shade structure with profile sheet for top cover complete with all supports nuts, bolts, accessories to make the shed work on AER tank complete as required.

Supply of 1095 liters of probiotic microorganisms of Make: OS1/Envirosense/Ecolog Manufacturer verified (stamped & signed) Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) of OS1/Envirosense/Ecolog microorganisms culture issued by the manufacturers for this work to be provided

Operation & basic preventive maintenance of STP all days in a month by 01 no. operator (8.5 hrs shift). The cost also includes monthly supervisor visit to check the STP health)
