Supply, installation and testing of copper wound transformer of capacity 63 KVA level-3 step down, indoor/outdoor type complete with standard fittings, HT 11 KV 3 Phase, LT 433 volts, 3 Phase 4 wire with off load tappings on HT side to vary secondary voltage within limit, all as per IS:1801 of capacity upto 63 KVA complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix HT overheadlines with XLPE insulated AB Cable 3 Core x 95 Sq mm +1x70 Sq mm including I hook , dead end hook etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix LT overheadlines with XLPE insulated AB Cable 3Core x 25 Sq mm +1x25 Sq mm including I hook, dead end, Piercing Connector for service connection complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying cable XLPE insulated PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire, armoured electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 volts grade with aluminium conductor 70 Sqmm 3.5 core complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying cable XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire, armoured electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor 16 Sqmm 4 core complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix prestressed concrete poles of 11 meter long having 152 mmx 152mm at top and 152 mmx260mm at bottom, Class-9 complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix prestressed concrete poles of 9.0 meter long having 102 mmx 152mm at top and 102 mmx 289mm at bottom, Class-10 complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches in soft loose soil including cutting road surfaces n.exc 1.5 mtr wide and n.exc. 1.5 mtr in depth for poles, stay, cable, pipe etc getting out complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No.8 above but depth excd 1.5 mtr and n. exc 3 mtr complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading,leveling,watering and well ramming in layers each n.exc 25 cm thick in soft loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material n exc. 50mtr and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5 mtr above,the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying brick common burnt sub class "B" old size (compressive strength not less than 75 kg per sqcm) for protection of cable laid in trenches for under ground cable complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Sand cushioning trenches using fine sand to under ground cable, laid in two layers 8cm before laying the cable & 15cm after laying the cable complete all as specified and directed.

Labour only for drilling hole under the road with the help of bocki / by manual or by machine for crossing GI tubing of any size for cable protection complete all as specified and directed.

Providing PCC 1:4:8 type C-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggreate as in foundation for pole/stay assembly foundation etc complete all as specified and directed.

Providing PCC 1:3:6 type D:2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggreate as in foundation for pole/stay assembly etc complete all as specified and directed.

Providing PCC 1:2:4 type B:2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggreate as in coping of pole including necessary form work and fair finish to exposed surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cable protection GI tubing light grade fixed long the pole/under road/along the wall of size 80mm bore with necessary clamps complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for crossarms in replacement , bracing, supports, clamps and brick plates, fabricated from staructural steel section including nut bolts washers including weldingbending , cold or hot drilling holes for bolts in any shape or size as indicated in drawings or as directed, including two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix Cable jointing kit for 11 KV HT (Earthed) grade cable for outdoor end termination heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 50 sqmm to 95 sq mm complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing new generation energy saving IP 66 street light luminiaries withlong life versatile pressure die-cast aluminium road way security light luminaire with high power LED 90 watt complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement GI pipe bracket made out of GI pipe light grade 40 mm bore and bend to shape 1.5 mtr long, including MS clamps made out out of MS flat iron of size 40X4mm thick with nuts&bolts, washers complete and drilling of holes for nuts & bolts etc complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in replacement of junction box poly corbonate with glass fibre reinforced , environment friendly, recyclable, UV resistant , halogen and silicon free anti acid and anti corrosive IP 66/67 in accordance with IE rule internally embedded gasket, junction box including 3 phase 415 volt aluminium bus bar and Din rail for fixing the MCB 6Amp 10KA to control the street light including necessary clamps, nuts bolts to fix the junction box with poles complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing PVC copper cable multi stranded twin core size 1 sqmm 3 Core with rigid non metal PVC conduit fix with clamp complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix HT 11 KV, triple pole mechanically operated out door type gang operated air-break switch suitable for horizontal or vertical mounting fixed type complete with 9 insulators of rating upto 200 Amps complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Lightning arresters expulsion type complete with all fittings, transmission class, discharge capacity 65 Kilo amp 6600 volts complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repair of three phase 5 KW automatic street light control switch using infrared sensor based NATURE SWITCH FOR automatic switching of street lights nature switch operation should be based on Natural light Lux level.Switching off illuminance level should be greater than or equal to 10 LUX. The sensor should also have part night operation facility of min 4 hrs to maximum 12hrs. The circuit shall have a provision for manual over ride operation. The sensor along with suitable power contactors and incoming-outgoing MCBs should be enclosed in a pole/wass mountable enclosure made of rest proof, electric shock proof, termite proof and FR grade SMC junction box conforming to IP-66 complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material & Labour for earthing Complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60cmx60cmx6mm thick burried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 metre below ground level with top edge of the earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 mtr below ground level earth plate surrounded from all sides by 15cm thick packed layer of charcoal dust and common salt filling in alternate layers and electrode connection by using earth lead GI wire 4mm dia ( 8 SWG) by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers made of galvanised iron and thimbles and other end of the earth wire connected to main switch board protected by galvanised iron light grade pipe 15mm bore in wall/floor/and GI Pipe 20mm bore light grade for watering with funnel and wire mesh PCC chamber in cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 and RCC pit cover including necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil, returning slurry approved soil and disposed of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 Mtr away all as shown in electrical plate No 2 of SSR 2009 ( Part-I) complete all as specified and directed.
