Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20 cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m.

Soling: Dumping of Stone Including Cost of stone

Random Rubble masonry with hard stone in foundation and plinth including leveling up with cement concrete 1:6:12 (1 Cement : 6 coarse sand : 12 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) upto plinth level and curing complete with:

Providing and laying cement concrete block masonary in superstructure above plinth level upto floor five level with cement mortar 1:4( 1 cement , 4 coarse sand ) curing complete.

12mm cement plaster of mix : 1:4 ( 1 cement :4 fine sand)

Applying priming coats with primer of approved brand amd masnufature having low VOC (volatile Organic Compound) content : with water thinkable cement primer on wll surface having VOC content less than 50 grams /liter.(item no 6)

Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint of required Shade on New work (two or more coats applied @3.84 kg /10 sqm) (item no 7)

Providing and fixing of Steel gate complete job including painting, priming loading unloading along with pillars if required Steel gate 15 ft x 6ft size

Reinforce cement concrete work in walls (any thickness) including attached pilaster ,plinth and string courses ,filets ,column ,pillers piers,abutments ,posts and struts etc upto floor five level excluding cost of centering shuttering ,finishing and reinforce cement (1:1.5:3) (1 cement ,1.5 coarse sand: 3 graded stone aggergate 20 mm nominal size ) including shuttering complete job

Reinforcement cement for RCC work including Straightening ,cutting,bending,placing, in position and bindind all complete @92/cum

Carriage of material by MT from source to site of work including loading, unloading complete job cement and steel

Carriage of materails By Mech.Transport, from source to site of work sand aggregates and Stone To site for an avg lead of 30 km
