WORK OF REPLACEMENT OF 220 KV BREAKERS AND OTHER ASSOCIATED WORKS AT 220 KV S/S NEHTAUR UNDER ETD DHAMPUR.

Opening of 220 KV breaker jumpers of both side cutting and opening of M.S. flat from breaker pad.

Opening of Eletrical connection from breaker operating cubical & drive mechanism of R, Y, B poles, removal of the connection and take out the cable from cubical.

Dismantling of 245KV SF-6 circuit breaker, removal of the R,Y,B pole with structure including opening of nut and bolts.

Erection of structure of each pole of 245 KV CB on foundation and erection of R,Y,B phase pole on it along with drive mechanism & fixing of operating cubical.

Preparation of cable schedule and interconnection diagram of new breaker & old CP. Removal of cable termination of breaker from control panel end & checking the of cores of each old cable. Removal of old & damaged found cables & replacing it by new one. Making termination with ferruling at CP & breaker end & checking the local remote operations of breaker.

Extraction/removal of following size old & unused/damaged control cable lying deeply burried in different size of trenches switchyard, control room, cable gallery including opening the trench cover and resetting then after completion the work & making bundles of cable and shifting to store. (i) 2 Core

Laying of following sizes of control cable in the cable trench from control relay panel to various equipments / marshalling boxes and JB etc. in switchyard as per cable schedule, its shedding at ever 03 mtr. distance with MS saddle size 35x3 mm. size including carriage of cable drum from store to laying site and shifting back to store and all other associated work to complete the job satisfactorily. A 2C x 2.5 Sq mm. unarmoured.

B 4C x 2.5 Sq mm. unarmoured.

C 6C x 2.5 Sq mm. unarmoured.

Jumpering of 245KV circuit breaker RYB poles including cutting of conductor and connecting on both side, cutting of M.S. flat and welding with structure including, bending welding and drilling of holes.
