Taking down sub main wiring any description along with PVC conduit/Casing capping/wooden batten/metal conduit and making good the disturbed surface all as specified.

Taking down fan, sealing cable end, dismantling blades and removing fan and blades to store. Refixing/hanging only ceiling fan after repairs and connecting up including provision of cable from ceiling rose or connector to fan complete all as specified.
