Supply installation, testing and commissioning of FAST ELECTRODE maintenance free Chemical Earthing of Dual Pipe Technology, each of 3 Meter long with Outer Pipe Diameter of 88mm (galvanised for 80-120 micron and wall thickness 1.80mm) and Inner Pipe diameter 48mm (galvanised for 80-120 micron and wall thickness 2.60mm). There shall be terminal of size 75 x 5.20mm for connection with two holes of 14mm diameter. FAST ELECTRODE shall be duly filled with the highly conductive, Non Magnetic, Non Corrosive material and duly sealed at both ends with lead terminal of 75x5.2mm at top. The ELECTRODE shall be of 'make' having approval of CPRI (Central Power Research Institute), Govt of India for a minimum short circuit current of 42 KArms for 1 Second with initial pick of 88.2 KA. The FAST ELECTRODE Earth Enhancing Compound (minimum 25Kg) shall be pored on alround the electrode. The chemical compound to be used shall be as per the manufacturer's instructions of 'Electrode' and as also certified by any BIS (Bureau of Indian Standards) accredited laboratory.Electrode connected to GI earth strip 32 x 6mm by mean of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washer of stainless steel all as shown in electrical plate No 3 connected to earthing test point all as specified or indicated including PCC pit and CI cover etc GI protection pipe of suitable size including testing on completion all as specified and directed.Make : Fast Electrode or equivalent as approved by the GE. Notes:- (i) The contractor shall procure the above materials either directly from the manufacturer(s) or their authorised dealers only and shall produce the original purchase vouchers alongwith original manufacturer's test certificates and other authenticated documents in compliance of the provisions as mentioned in the above item. Also all the requisite testing as specified above, in relevant IS and as directed by the GE shall be got done by the contractor. Cost of all the above elements shall be deemed to be included in the contractor's quoted rates. (ii) Any additional quantity of Earth Enhancing Compound in case required to obtain the desired results, the same also be provided by the contractor without any additional cost to the Govt. and quoted rates of above item shall be deemed to include the above element also. (iii) Necessary earth strip to connect equipment shall also provided by the contractor .

Supply & Fix in repairs set of Cable trays (Each set must includes 5 Cable Trays and each cable tray legth will be 3 meter) manufactured from steel wires, welded together and bent into final shape.All cable trays, except the 30x50, shall be manufactured with a longitudinal ‘T-welded’ safety edge.Trays shall be constructed with a 50 mm x 100 mm mesh configuration. All Accessories including couplers (CE25/CE30 screw-based system combination) mounting accessories (Mechanically tested & supplied by cable tray manufacturer must be used) are required of same finish as per site requirement.Electro zinc plated after manufacture in accordance with the EN standard 12 329: at least 155 h of SST. All trays shall be arranged and positioned on the site itself in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions.The deflection of the wire cable tray must be no more than 1/200th of the distance between two supports and tested in accordance with the standard IEC 61537. Assemblies with specific fire-resistant properties must have an E30-E90 certificate issued by an approved laboratory in accordance with the tests described in the standard DIN 4102-12. The wire cable tray short-circuit resistance must be tested by an independent laboratory. For the purpose of assembling the various wire cable tray, only fast coupling systems or screw-based (CE25/CE30) systems must be used. These must be designed, mechanically tested and supplied by the wire cable tray manufacturer.The electrical resistance of the joints must not exceed 50 mtrs and must be tested in accordance with the procedure described in the standard IEC 61537.Rod dia must be from 3.9mm to 5.9mm for different sizes. Make - Legrand. Note- The rates of Scaffolding, Overhead crane etc as per site requirement shall deemed to be included in the contractor's quoted rates.

Note: The above pole cost Including of J bracket bolt of 04 Nos suitable size, and Provision of FRP Box shall be Concealed on Foundation with provision of Connector.Note :Excavation and Pole RCC Foundation work for each pole paid and measured Seperately.
