Supply Installation, Testing & Commissioning of modular type Variable Refrigerant Flow/Variable Refrigerant Volume air cooled Outdoor units suitable for cooling and heating, having all hermetically sealed inverter type Scroll Compressor(s), minimum two compressors for above 14 HP modules, microprocessor based Controller, top discharge type condensing unit(s), with R 410 A Refrigerant, vibration isolators, with suitable foundation etc. complete as required. The unit shall deliver the rated capacity at AHRI Conditions and work even at 50°C ambient temperature without tripping. The unit shall be suitable to work on 400V +/- 10%, 3 Phase, 50Hz AC power supply. The unit shall be filled with first charge of the refrigerant and ready for use as required. The COP at AHRI conditions shall not be less than 3.1 and IEER not less than 6.5 .

The unit shall have automatic force shut down provision in case of fire on receiveing signal from BMS System. SITC of Thermal insulation material for Duct insulation shall be closed cell cross linked polyethylene foam. Thermal conductivity of the insulation material shall not exceed 0.032 W/m°K at an average temperature of 25°C. Density of the material shall be 25-30 Kg/m3.The product shall have temperature range of –40°C to 105oC. The insulation material shall be fire rated for Class 1 as per BS 476 Part 6: 1989 for fire propagation test and as per BS 476 Part 7, 1987 for surface spread of flame test. Water vapour permeability as per DIN 52615 shall not exceed 0.15ng/Pa.Sec.m.

9 mm thick insulation (Supply Air Duct)

SITC of Insulation material for Duct Acoustic Lining shall be resin bounded fiberglass wool with one side factory laminated either Black Glass Oven Cloth or Black Glass Tissue. The Thermal conductivity of the fiberglass for air-conditioning application shall not exceed 0.034 W/m°K at 25°C mean temperature and average Noise Reduction Coefficient (NRC=1, frequency range from100 Hz to 8000Hz ) .The density of insulation material shall be either 32 Kg/m­­­3 and thickness of insulation material shall not less 25 mm.

Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of CPRI Approved maintenance free copper earthing system with 3 mtrs. Electrode 40 mm dia with minium 2mm thick and does not require manual additional of water. The electrode shall be pre-filled with hygroscopic powder and provided with suitable breathing and leaching ports at the ends. the electrode shall be surrounded by suitable powdered form of BEE MOIST so as to provide maximum contact between the electrode and the compund. The compound should be eco-friendly and providing and laying of 2 Nos. 25 x 3 mm copper strip from copper rod upto the main panel. The earthing pit should be covered with PVC cover.
