M&L for preparing new plastered surfaces of walls and applying three coats of white wash complete.

M&L 75 mm thick PCC Type C2, 1:3:6 (using 40 mm graded crushed granite stone aggregate) laid in plinth protection, finishing surfaces of concrete even and fair (without using extra cement) complete all as specified.

M&L for 15-18 mm thick granite (best quality) tiles machine cut, bedded and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone including grinding and polishing, including screed bed 15 mm thick in cement and sand mortar 1:4 on floor surfaces for laying floor finishes complete all as specified.

M&L precast RCC Type B1, 1:2:4 (using 20 mm graded granite stone aggregate) as in landings, cover slabs (for manholes etc.) shelves and similar articles with plain faces and set in CM 1:4, including necessary formwork complete. Note: Reinforcement shall be measured and paid separately.

Cutting openings, through brick walls built in cement mortar / any type of wall for door, window and other openings or enlarging existing openings. converting window into door openings, etc. or cutting out defective brick work for under-pinning, including providing, fixing and removing shoring, cleaning and stacking bricks, removing surplus serviceable bricks, hard-core, etc. to store and rubbish not exceeding 50m.

S&F 4.80 mm thick frosted sheet glass (on one side), ordinary quality and glazing with oil putty in square not exceeding 0.5 sq. m in each pane in aluminium door / partitions all as spcified.

M&L for 9 mm thick prelaminated particle board, interior grade, prelaminated one side with decorative choice lamination & other side balancing white lamination, fixed with screws to aluminium work.

S&F aluminium (extruded section) body door closer hydraulically regulated, designation No. 3, universal type, suitable for door shutters of 851 to 1000 mm in width and of weight between 61 to 80 kg and fixed.

S&F 150 mm long floor door stopper of aluminium alloy body and tongue, anodised, with hard drawn steel spring, fixed in floor.

(ii) The unit rate shall also includes for Wire mesh, funnel, excavation, PCC chamber pit, test point.

Supplying and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover, class LV, type 1, flat, size 250 mm x 150 mm x 40 mm.

Supply and fixing sand to fill width of trenches for protection of cables including spreading and punning down including watering, consolidation complete all as specified. Note:- Thickness of sand cushion after punning down i.e 18 Cm shall be measured for payment.

Supply, lay and testing XLPE insulated, cores laid up, PVC innersheated, armoured with galvanised steel strip, heavy duty LT UG electric cable with stranded aluminium conductor, 1100 Volts grade, extruded PVC Type ST2 sheathed, conforming to IS: 7098 (Part I) 1988 of cross- sectional area 3.5 core 95 Sqmm. Make: Havells / Polycab / Gloster or equivalent as approved.
