Repairs/maintenance of lifts including carrying out daily check and periodical services of fully automatic electrical lift with power operated door simplex, collective control system with repair/maintenance of unserviceable damage parts such as bearings bushes all type of shoes headers, hangers, car door, door locks, control cards, connector/links, welding of crack/broken MS parts, Repairs/maintenance of unserviceable damage of door safety edge and or sensor mechanical safety lock, magnetic lock or contact, car position indicator, door sill, car door sill necessary wiring hall push button assembly,Landing Operating Panel of any Size and capacity including all connected Accessories, complete with illuminated push button & direction indicator with LED display with LPT/LPC card of stainless steel inclusive of harness wiring for luminating of push button of each floors and cutting wall making good distrubed surface with masnary work to make with existing surface & cable as per requirement or safe operation of lifts minor repair to cabin, cabin light, fan etc ensure safety and smooth functioning of lift and disconnecting and repairs/maintenance of unserviceable/worn out parts such as warm wheel, warm shaft bushes, thrust bearing and pedestal bearing and necessary packing including overhaling, cleaning alignment of gear box assembly and after Repairs/replacement of wornout parts re-assembley and fixing with existing machine with proper alignment complete maintanance of car top, binding of loose wire at control panel and rust painting at car top and door and allied parts with testing as directed by Engineer-in-Charge for the following lifts :- (a) 8 PS (544 Kg) capacity in bldg(G+8) Acharya and Niwas (Total 02 Nos lift).

All as per item No 1 above but 13PS (884 Kg) capacity in bldg(G+8) Acharya and Niwas (Total 02 Nos lift).

(g) Lift mechanic shall be available as per the shift timings specified in the tender and he will report to JE E/M in-Charge or Lift Cell in-Charge. In case of emergency he will function according to their direction. If he is found absent or move without intimating to in-Charge of Lift Cell or JE E/M he will be treated as absent for the said shift and recovery to this effect for Rs 1500/- per shift shall affected. (h) Payment as per quoted rate shall also be deducted in addn to the penalty as specified above. (j) In case of malfunctioning if any noticed, lift operator shall intimate to the lift cell. (k) In case of any necessity for rescue operation or accident, Rescue Operator shall be capable of rescue the passenger and reacting to the situation (accident etc) (l) Contractor shall submit the labour licenece and Copy of GST Regn registered number issued by concerned authority. (m) Insurance coverage, compensation if any applicable or necessitated due to mis operation of lift shall be the responsibility of contractor. The quantum of compensation shall be assessed based on the BOO composing of Lift Inspector of Maharashtra State, representatives of both agencies carrying out M&O works and routine maintenance work of lift and members from department.

Taking down and supply and fix hooter with emergency call announciator working on 12 Volts with audibility 90DB @ 1M distance (Make : Kheraj) with complete accessories like push button switches, wiring and rechargeble batteries (Make : Exide / Amaron) alongwith box including connecting cables complete all as specified and directed

Replacement of unserviceable ARD control system and commissioning and testing of new ARD system suitable for upto 15 KW motor including wiring with connected items in existing G+14 Storey building 8/13 Passenger lifts 415V,50 Hz,3 phase with a speed of 1.2 mtr/sec comprising with maintenance free battery 12 V, 17 AH (04 Nos five year Maintenance free battery complete all as specified and directed.
