| 10.01 | RUBBER LINING OF VESSEL, PIPE, OTHER EQUIPMENT The job involves removal of old damaged rubber lining from the surface of vessels / tanks by scrapping, peeling, cleaning the surface by sandblasting, buffing etc., rubber lining with two layers each of 2.5mm thick including spark testing and other test, carrying out stage wise inspection, curing as per specification, standard (IS: 4682 Part-I latest edition) and instruction of Engineer-in-Charge. These also include rubber lining of manholes and nozzles of vessels / tanks. The rates are inclusive of supply of all materials like rubber lining sheets, adhesive, all other consumables, labour skilled, unskilled, tools and tackles etc. Transportation of all the materials / equipment to the worksite and back, sheet cutting, fitting, curing, testing etc. complete the work in all respects and area cleaning after completion of job. | - | - | - | - |
