Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade 1:4:8 (1 Cement: 4 coarse sand : 8 approved stone grit 12-20 mm) including supply of all materials, labour and T & P etc. required for proper completion of the work as per ID Specification and direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

M-150 Brick work below plinth level up to floor V level in all shapes and sizes in Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) including cost of all materials, labour, T & P etc as per ID Specification and direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

12 mm thick cement plaster of mix : 1:4 (1 cement: 4 fine sand) including cost of all materials, labour, T & P etc. complete as per ID Specification and direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing & Laying of factory made 80 mm thick Inter locking cement concrete tiles( 30 mpa) including 25 mm thick compacted bed of fine sand compacting and proper embedding /laying of interlocking tiles leveling and dressing of surface to required level and slope, filling joints with fine sand including the cost of material labour, T&P etc required for proper completion of work. Colorful tiles will be used as per ID Specification and direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Earth Work in embankment with a lead upto 1.00 km including excavation, loading, unloading, manual compaction, dressing and all lift complete as per ID Specification and direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Supply and installation of concrete Pannel Boundary wall upto 2.10 M height from G.L. ( Prestressed concrete of grade M-25 with 4 Nos of 4 mm STS wire) slab of size 2100mm x 300x 50mm with fixing of same at proper position between two pillers/column with same grade of concrete ( pre stressed with 7 Nos of STS wire) of size 2740mm x 150mmx 150mm with provision of edge groove (50mm x 50mm ) two opposite phase for holding precast slab/Pannel including footing 450mm x450mm x600mm with grade M-20 and base concrete 450mm x450mm x200mm & 550mm x550mm x100mm grade M-10 also including all material, labour, T&P etc, carriage at site complete with contractor profit as per ID Specification and direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Finishing of walls with two coat of water proofing cement paint of approved make such as super Snowcem, Durrocem, Robiacem Guttucem, supreme quality of required shade on uncoated wall surface (two coat) over one coat white cement primer to give even shades after thoroughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt and remains of loose powdered materials including curing and cost of all materials as per ID Specification and direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Centering & shuttering for R.C.C./R.B. work including cost of centering & shuttering up to 3.0 m. height as per ID Specification and direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Reinforcement in slab, beam, column etc., bending, binding, cutting and placing including cost of all materials, labour, T & P etc as per ID Specification and direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing and laying R.C.C. 1:1.5:3 (1Cement mortar : 1.5 coarse sand : 3 stone grit 12-20 mm) including cost of all materials, labour and T & P etc. but excluding cost of centering, shuttering & reinforcement as per ID Specification and direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Mild steel or iron work in heavy sizes such as trusses, built up gates, door, frames, record racks roof works, gates etc wrought to required from including drilling holes, rivetting or welding where necessary and also including supply of steel, bolts, nuts etc. & its fixing required for proper completion of work as per ID Specification and direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Applying ready mix primer on Steel surface including cost of material. (Rates inclusive of repairing surface, preparing of surface by thoroughly cleaning oil, grease, dirt and other foreign material and scour with wire brush etc as per ID Specification and direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Painting two coat over priming coat (but excluding cost of priming coat) on steel and other metal surface including cleaning the surface of all dirt, dust and other foreign matter, sand papering and stopping including cost of materials labour Tools and Plants etc as required for proper completion of work. Paint shall be used as per standard I.S. specification as per ID Specification and direction of Engineer-In-Charge.
