Taking down carefully copper / aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete except fixture and fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, sockets, light fittings etc for taking credit including making good the disturbed surfaces to match with the existing complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for one light / fan point controlled by one, one way switch 06 Amp wiring with 1.5 Sq mm nominal cross sectional area, single core, 1100 Volt grade, multi-stranded, PVC insulated, unsheathed FRLS copper conductor cable with and including continuous earth wire of size 1.5 Sq mm nominal cross sectional area, single core, 1100 Volts grade, multi-stranded, PVC insulated, unsheathed, FRLS copper conductor cable and connected to common earth and earth dolly with suitable copper lugs and drawing into and including rigid non-metallic PVC conduit of 20 mm dia or higher, medium grade complete with and including all PVC conduit accessories concealed into wall by cutting of chases in wall and replacement of sunk zinc coated pressed steel terminal box with 3 mm thick Hylem laminated sheet top cover, steel screws, cup washers etc and making good to the disturbed surfaces to match the existing complete all as specified and directed.

All as per serial item No 02 here-in-before but one bell point controlled by one bell push, 06 Amp.

All as per serial item No 02 here-in-before but one, two way light point controlled by two, two way switches, 06 Amp.

All as per serial item No 02 here-in-before but one 3 pin, 06 Amp socket outlet point on independent board controlled by one, one way switch 06 Amp.

All as per serial item No 02 here-in-before but one 3 pin, 06 Amp socket outlet point on same board controlled by one, one way switch 06 Amp. Note : One run of main power wire of size 1.5 sqmm nominal cross sectional area copper conductor will run from DB and quoted unit rate shall be deemed inclusive for this provision.

All as per Serial Item No 02 here-in-before but point wiring with 2.5 Sq mm single core FRLS cables and earth continuity wire of 2.5 Sq mm single core FRLS cable for one 3 pin 16 Amp socket out let point controlled by one, one way switch on independent board complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for one light / fan point controlled by one, one way switch 06 Amp wiring with 1.5 Sq mm nominal cross sectional area, single core, 1100 Volt grade, multi-stranded, PVC insulated, unsheathed FRLS copper conductor cable with and including continuous earth wire of size 1.5 Sq mm nominal cross sectional area, single core, 1100 Volts grade, multi-stranded, PVC insulated, unsheathed, FRLS copper conductor cable and connected to common earth and earth dolly with suitable copper lugs and drawing into and including rigid non-metallic PVC conduit of 20 mm dia or higher, medium grade complete with and including all PVC conduit accessories concealed into wall by cutting of chases in wall and replacement of sunk zinc coated pressed steel terminal box of modular type (Flush box paid under seprate items) etc and making good to the disturbed surfaces to match the existing complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down OLD U/S Switch/socket/bell push/Ceiling rose any type and size complete all as specified and directed.
