Maintenance of Lawns in Visweswaraya and Thiagaraja sector at Anupuram Township during the year 2025 - 2026.

Maintenance of lawns, flower beds, hedges, trees in garden area by watering at regular intervals, cutting and trimming the unwanted growth of grasses as required including running lawn mover, removing weeds, collecting the cut grass, cleaning and sweeping of lawn area, fallen leaves of trees and disposing the same at dumping yards as shown by the department, watering the trees both inside & outside the garden area complete all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in- charge. Note: 1) The rate shall include the cost of hire charges of lorry and labour for transporting of cut grass, leaves etc., to the dumping yard. 2) The rate shall also includes cost of all tools, plants, water delivery hose required for gardening and measures to be taken to prevent the entry of goats, cattles, etc., 3) The rate quoted shall be per Sq.m area maintained per month. 4) Contractor has to make his own arrangements for lawn movers. If departmental lawn mover is available it will be provided by department on chargeable basis. 5) If lawn mover is not used, then recovery at the rate of 30 paise/Sq.m per month will be charged as penalty from each RA Bill. 6) For every 1800 Sq.m. of lawn area, contractor should engage minimum 1 Labour for regular maintenance. 7) The area to be maintained per month is 27500 Sq.m. As such, total area to be maintained under this contract is 12 Months x 27500 Sq.m = 330000 Sq.m.

Maintenance of Nursery including watering the plants, mixing garden earth manure, filling pits, preparing potted plants sowing seeds, interculturing propagating seedling and new saplings in polythene bags, transferring it to potted plants later, removing weeds, trimmings including disposing of unwanted vegetations etc., transporting cut wild grass etc., in contractor's own arranged lorries to dumping yard and disposing them as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. Note: 1) The rate quoted shall be per Sq.m area maintained per month. 2) The rate quoted shall include the cost of hire charges of lorry and labour for loading, unloading, transporting of cut wild grass to dumping yard and disposal. 3) The rate quoted shall also include the cost of all tools, plants, water delivery hose required for gardening. 4) The cost of poly bags, flower pots will be paid for seperately under relevant item. 5) The area to be maintained per month is 2600 Sq.m. As such, total area to be maintained under this contract is 12 Months x 2600 Sq.m = 31200 Sq.m. 6) For every 850 Sq.m. of Nursery area, contractor should engage minimum one Labour per day for regular maintenance.

Collection, Supplying and stacking of good quality Red earth without stones, gravel, etc., and stacking for premeasurements at places as shown by Engineer for taking premeasurements including spreading the same at places shown with a lead upto 100 metres and filling in pits etc.,complete all as per specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Collection, supplying and stacking of decomposed dry farmyard manure without undesirable materials, stacking the same at places shown by Engineer for taking pre measurements including spreading the same at places shown with a lead upto 100 metres and filling in pits etc., complete all as per specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying and Spraying of approved quality plant protection chemicals such as Chloropyriphos, Quinalplos, etc., as and when required during the entire contract period, etc., all as per specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing black coloured Poly bags [LDPE of 300-400gsm] of size 175 mm length with 100 mm dia and 230mm length with 120mm dia. or other required size for nursary as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing well burnt Earthen flower pots of dia. 10" @ top and 5.5" @ bottom and 10" height including conveyance, loading & unloading, stacking at the nursery, etc., all as per specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Transporting and arranging the flower pots for Departmental function / office decoration including loading and unloading of flower pots by mechanical means arranging as directed, returning the flower pots by mechanical means to nursery, etc., all complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing plastic flower pots including plate (with different shapes) of size 300mm dia. and 250-300mm height including conveyance, loading, unloading & stacking at the place shown by Engineer etc., complete all as per specification and as directed by the Engineer -in-charge.

Maintenance of hedge plants including adequate watering by mechanical means like tractor with tanker/ lorry tanker and removal of weeds, trimming of hedges to the required shape and disposal of cut hedges etc., to the dumping yard as directed by the Engineer in charge. Note:- The area to be maintained per month is 1450Sq.m. As such total area to be maintained under this contract is 12 Months X 1450 Sq.m= 17400 Sq.m
