Taking down Cement plaster including raking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc including removal of debries outside MOD Land complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Gl frame work of Size of grid 605 x 605mm for seamless ceiling comprising of Gl perimeter channnel 0.55 mm thick with two unequal flanges of 20 and 30 mm and web of 27 mm fixed to surrounding wall using nylon sleeves and screws at 450 mm centre to centre/intermediate channel 0.9 mm thick having two equal flanges of 15 mm each and web of 45 mm suspended from soffit at approx 900 mm centre to centre with Gl cleat and steel expansion fasteners with and including ceiling section (not exc 1.2 m length) of 0.55 mm thickness having kurled web of 50 mm and flange of 26 mm each with lips of 10.5 mm fixed to the intermediate channel with connecting clips across the intermediate channel at 457 mm centre to centre complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for providing and fixing stainless steel (Grade 304) railing made of hollow tubes, channels, plates etc., including welding, grinding, buffing, polishing and making curvature (where ever required) and fitting the same with necessary stainless steel nuts and bolts complete, including fixing the railing with necessary accessories & stainless steel dash fasteners, stainless steel bolts etc., of required size, on the top of floor or the side of waist slab with suitable arrangement complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition concrete in ground floors & paving n exc 15cm thickness (below or above GL) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 20mm thick Granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window- cills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite complete all as specified and directed.

Roundening to the edge of stone slabs on edge such as cooking plateform complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated soil and construction materials to a distance exceeding 1.5 Km but n.exc 5 Km outside defence land complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for one coat of oil bound distemper on previously treated old surfaces of walls including preparing the old surfaces , washing rubbing down and stopping distemper and painted surfaces complet all as specified an a directed.

S&F for providing and fixing 18 mm thick wall cladidng granite (black with white), mirror polished and prepolished, machine cut for dado of required size, approved shade, colour and texure laid over cement slurry, joint treated with white cement, mix with matching pigment, epoxy touch up, including rubbing , curing, moulding and polishing edge to give high gloss finish etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F wood pattern porcelain tile 30x60 cm for wall as per approved sample by the Engr-in-charge, including all relevant material, adhessive material, grout, (wall to be rendered with plaster layer before installation) and all relevant work etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Providing and fixing PVC laminated Gypsum Board 12mm thick in ceiling fixed to frame work etc complete all as per manufacturers instructions, including POP Molding of approved designe by GE of size 100mm x 100mm all around the ceiling area and downward facia of 60CM all around the parametere or any ornamental design/drawing as approved by GE etc. complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F providing sensor sliding door using 10 mm thick toughened glass including all fitting frames (area of the door exceeding 3.50 sqm but not exceeding 4.00 sqm per shuttter) complete all as specified and directed.

S&F anodised aluminium window and ventilator shutters sliding/fixed type without sash bar, aluminium sections weighing 0.55 kg/m including joining cleats, glazing clips, rubber packing, anodised aluminium snap beading, screws and including frame work of the window and taking down of existing window and removal to store etc. complete all a specified and as directed.

S&F for structual designig and providing structural glazing work with aluminium powder coated frame work and reflective glazing of 10mm thick complete all as specified and directed.(Structural design and section of aluminium shall be approved by GE before excution of work)

Taking down copper/aluminum point wiring (light,fan socket or power point) complete including fittings & fixtures such as switches, ceiling roses pendants regulators socket light fittings, DB etc removing materials to store for keeping in safe custody or taking to credit, ( credit for above items should be made as per condition separately) and making good distrubed surface of walls floors etc all as directed by Engr-in- Charge

Point wiring complete with 1.5 sqmm single core PVC insulated unsheathed cable 1100 volt grade multistranded with copper conductor conforming to IS 694, drawn through and including non metallic rigid PVC conduit ,PVC conduit fitting conduit accessories surface type/concealed run on walls/floors/ceiling including metal flush box of suitable size for modular type fittings surface mounted/concealed on walls with top cover ,switch socket outlets fan regulator etc including 1.5 sqmm PVC insulated single core multi stranded copper conductor cable as earth continuity conductor and connecting to common earth dolly all as specified. S&F Powder coated aluminium grill for windows and ventilator aluminium sections weighing 2.25 Kg/Sqm and approved by Engineer in charge, including fixing with anodised aluminium snap beading, screws etc. complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.
