Reinforced cement concrete 1:1.5:3 mix using 20mm metal including all etc., complete complaying with standard specifications.

Supply and fabrication of steel including all labour charges etc complete complaying with standard specification

Plastering with cement mortar 1:3 mix to 10 mm thick including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges etc complete

Plastering with cement mortar 1:5 12mm thick including cost & conveyance of all materials to work site including cement which will be supplied by the department from the departmental section store and the cost for the same will be recovered

Paving the floor with ceramic tiles tiles including cost and convyance etc complete

Dadooing walls with best approved quality glazed tiles tiles including cost and convyance etc complete

Cement concrete 1:2:4 mix to using 20 mm metal including cost and convyance etc complete

Supplying and painting the walls with two coats of wall putty as instructed by the department officers includung preparation of surface curing etc completed

Distembering two coats of newly plastered wall surface with ready mixed distemper paint of first class quality and of approved colour over a priming coat including thorough scrapping, clean removal of dirt, and including necessary plaster of paris putt
