Providing and Fixing for MAPLE Hard Wood flooring including all labour and material Etc. Complete :- The Specification of the above maple hard wood flooring are as under Hard maple flooring- Provide and laying 20mm thick sports flooring, each individual strip of Hard Maple shall include the engraving of the MFMA (Maple Flooring Manufacturers Association) and manufacturing mill certification number. Minimum width of Hard Maple boards is 57mm and of random length, varying from 230mm to 1800mm, jointed together with the help of tongue and groove on all four sides of all boards. Sanding and re polishing work on existing wooden sports flooring- Machine sanding and buffing on Hard Maple floor with coarse, medium, and fine abrasives to provide a smooth uniform surface. Apply 2 cot of Connor oil modified polyurethene Gym Sealer and 1 coat of Gym Finish and game line marking as per manufacturer’s instructions

Anti termite treatment for wooden Sports flooring and periphery of concrete

Self- levelling compound over existing undulated concrete sub base. Supply of 0-5 mm thick self levelling compound on existing undulated concrete sub-base with special cement with fast setting and hydration together with graded silica sand resins and special additives mixed with water,Consumption of material not less 1.6 kg/m2 per mm of thickness.

Synthetic Sports flooring for indoor volleyball, basketball, handball, table tennis and badminton court for various stadium in MP Providing and laying Synthetic sports surface with total thickness of 12 mm thick, combining two layer installation with 5mm Polyoléfine foam and 7 mm thick synthetic floor which consist of 100% pure vinyl wear layer not less than 2 mm thick, protecsol and sanosol treated to reduce Skin burn with double fiber glass grid for sound stability on floor and 5 mm double density foam backing ensuring highest possible resistance to indentation, durability and energy return, width of sheet not less than 1.5 M joined with seamless Hot welding. Laid with adhesive as per manufacturer’s instruction over existing leveled surface including game lines marking with following specification. Shock absorption under EN 14808 standard not less than 45% Ball bounce under EN 12235 standards not less than 90% Abrasion resistance as per EN ISO 5470-1 shall be < 350 mg.
