Desisigning Development providing and fixing of Acrylic Sandwich way signages in different building. The various different sized signages like building directory,facilties, room nos. etc. are made out of A grade Acast or equivalent brands 5mm thick transparent acrylic sheet at back and 3mm thick on front side. The eco-print on 3M IJ 15-10 monomeric calandared Vinyl film sheet of approved colour pattern and shade is sandwich between two acrylic sheets with required number and size of stainless steel studs and fittings, The outer edges are tapered and finished smooth. The developer has to design the signages for different buildings as per requirement of the client and got the design and sample approved from competent authority before going in to actual execution at site. Basic dataa for clients requirement would be provided by the department.

This should be a hermetically sealed, single sliding door of 2.1 (H)X 1.8 m(W), The controller should be capable of being operated by elbow switches/foot switches as well as touch less sensor.The track should be of Aluminum and the running surface for the top rollers should be suitably angled to reduce resistance to movement. The door leaf should be hung by means of hard plastic rollers of high quality with double bearing at the top. Rollers should be provided under the Aluminium track to enable smooth and noiseless movement. Opening and closing of the door should be microprocessor controlled electromechanical movement. The door material should be of HPL Color should match the interior and care should be taken to make the leaf strong and light weight. One should be able to open and close the door effortlessly incase of failure of automatic mechanism. Door opening handle should be strong and sturdy. Material should be of SS (gloss finish). Should be provided with high quality cylindrical lock. Door leaf should have high quality synthetic rubber gasket with long life to ensure hermetic sealing (to maintain air pressure differential). Air tightness 99.99% at a pressure of 100Pa.The finished floor on either side of the door should be perfectly level (maximum permissible difference +1mm). The overall thickness of the finished door should be 60mm. The inner part of the door should be filled with CFC free polyurethane foam thickness of 52 mm nearby. (Sealed airtight to prevent further ingress of any microbial organism). The door and controls should comply with IEE regulation. SDA04 automation with battery backup PMDC motor. Door should be with vision window 300 mm x 300 mm with double glazed panels and hermetically sealed. Door movement should have minimum noise. The starting time after receiving the signal should be adjustable between 0.5 to 20 seconds. Test certificate for hermetically sealed door frame (factory test certificate) should be enclosed with the pre dispatch documents.

Providing and fixing factory made single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) solid door/window/clerestory windows & desertory other Frames/Chowkhat comprising of virgin PVC polymer of K value 58-60 (Suspension Grade), calcium carbonate and natural fibers (wood powder/rice husk/wheat husk) and non toxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100gms) fabricated with miter joints after applying PVC solvent cement and screwed with full body threaded star headed SS screws having minimum frame density of 750 kg/cum, screq withdrawal strength of 2200 N (Face) & 1100 N (Edge), minimum compressive strength of 58 N/mm2, modulus of elasticity 900 N/mm2 and resistance to spread of flame of Class A category with property of being termite/borer proof, water/moisture proof and fire retardant and fixed in position with M.S. hold fast/lugs/SS dash fasteners of required dia and length complete as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge. (MS hold fast/lugs or SS dash fasteners shall be paid for separately).

Note: For WPC solid door/window frames, minus 5mm tolerance in dimensions i.e depth and width of profile shall be acceptable. Variation in profile dimensions on plus side shall be acceptable but no extra payment on this account shal be made. Frame size 65 x 100 mm

Providing and fixing factory made single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) solid decorative type flush door shutter of required size comprising of virgin polymer of K value 58-60 (Suspension Grade), calcium carbonate and natural fiber (wood powder/rice husk/ wheat husk) and non toxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms) having minimum density of 650 kg/cum and screw withdrawal strength of 1800 N (Face) & 900 N (Edge), minimum compressive strength 50 N/mm2, modulus of elasticity 850 N/mm2 and resistance to spread of flame of Class A category with property of being termite/borer proof, water/moisture proof and fire retardant. WPC to be laminated with PVC foil of minimum 14 microns thick of approved design pasted with hot melt adhesive on both faces of shutter and fixing with stainless steel butt hinges of required size with necessary full body threaded star headed counter sung S.S. screws, all as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge. (Note: stainless steel butt hinges and necessary S.S. screws shall be paid separately)
