Material and labour for applying 10mm thick rendering /screed in cement mortar (1:4) including mixing of liquid WPC in mortar @ as per manufacturer instruction per bag of cement of 50kg and finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Material and labour for Preparation and applying two coats of Acrylic distemper with 1mm thick wall putty on new plastered or concrete surface of ceiling surface by making the lime slaked at site and shall be mixed and stirred with about five litres of water for 1 kg of unslaked lime to make a thin cream. This shall be allowed to stand for a period of 24 hours and shall then be screened through clean coarse cloth. 1 kg of gum dissolved in hot water shall be added to every one cubic meter of lime cream. About 1.3 Kg of sodium chloride dissolved in hot water shall also be added for every 10 kg of lime for making the coating hard and rub-resistant. Small quantity of ultramarine blue (upto 3 gm per kg of lime) shall also be added to the two coats of solution and the whole solution shall be stirred thoroughly before use complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for complete removal of existing treatment of wall surfaces of any description, preparation of surface by Mechanised sander having suction vacuum Bag using Smart periodical methodology and after preparing the surfaces applying the following complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge:- (a) Applying Wall care putty in two coats on wall surface and smoothening the surface with sand papers / Mechanised sanding etc preparatory to paint as directed by Engineer-in-charge. (b) Applying Two coats of acrylic distemper (with at least 3 year durability/performance warranty) of approved tint over a coat of primer by using Airless spray / Roller Note: Contractor may use manual scraping tools for complete removal and surface preparation with prior approval of Engr-in-chrge in case of places where using of Mechanical equipment are not possible.
Material and labour for preparation of old painted steel surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10cm width or girth by cleaning the dust and removing all loose particle with using sanded paper, clean cloths and dry paint brush & applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint (1st quality) of approved tint/colour to achieve glossing finish with using paint brush complete as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floor and paving not exceeding 15cm thickness below or above ground level of any description and in any position including removing rubbish material from building and thrown in low lying empty area outside of MOD land from the site complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge
Material and labour for 75 mm thick PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 using 40mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate as in plinth protection finished even and smooth without using extra cement with & including 10mm wide, 30mm deep joints at the rate of 3 meter centre to centre and at every turning & filling the joints with bitumen & sand mixture complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
Material and labour for water proofing treatment to RCC sunken slab and adjoining vertical slab shall be carried out through authorized applicators approved by GE any one of the two methods as specified below:-
Method 1 (A) Supplying and applying two component elastomeric acrylic polymer modified cementitious waterproofing coating, Smart Care Damp proof 2K, having 100% elongation as per ASTM D412, resisting 5 bars hydrostatic pressure as per DIN 1048, reduction to rapid chloride shall be 70 as per DIN 1048, crack bridging upto 1.2mm as per ASTM 4548.5 Clean all working surface & made free from dirt, grease laitance etc. After inspection for all working area rough surface, cracks & construction joint are treated by polymer modified mortar of 1:1:4 (1 Cement : 1Polymer : 4 Sand). Making Gola of size 75x75mm at junction of vertical & horizontal with the polymer modified mortar of 1:1:4 (1 Cement : 1 Polymer : 4 Sand). The coating shall be terminated at 1600mm in toilet/2100mm in bathroom on vertical walls. The mixing ratio of the coating shall be 2 parts of powder & 1 part of liquid without any water addition in the mixing and shall have consumption of 1.5kg/sqm per coats, etc, complete as per manufactures specifications. (B) Bore Packing: All the borehole gaps between concrete surface and PVC pipe of various dia upto the neck level shall be filled with non-shrink free flow grout – Smart Care GP Grout having dual shrinkage compensation property. Before the bore packing, surface of the PVC pie and concrete surface will be made rough and sand will be sprinkled with polymer bonding agent. (C) Apply12-15mm plaster on slab and vertical surface admixed with Smart Care Vitalia Neo @200ml per bag of cement before treatment.
Method 2 (A) Supplying and applying two component cementitious & acrylic flexible water proofing & protective coating, two coats with 1mm DFT, having Hydrostatic (positive) water pressure resistance (DIN 1048) is 7. Abrasion resistance, cm/km is 0.09 of Dr Fixit Pidifin 2k @ 1.5kg/sqm with a paint brush over existing slab surface and adjoining vertical surface. The Polyester reinforced coated net of 45g/sqm, 2.5mmx2.5mm is laying on the surface immediately on the first coat of two component modified polymer Dr Fixit pidifin 2k. After removal of all lose materials like dust etc. with wire brush coir brushes from surface to get absolutely cleaned surface free of foreign contaminant filling of crack and patches with polymer based mortar/micro concrete, after that making the gola on surrounding wall’s junction and seal the vertical walls. In case of core cutting on the surface, the joint is seal with non-shrink grout. (B) The coating shall be terminated at 1600mm in toilet/2100mm in bathroom on vertical walls. (C) Apply12-15mm water proof plaster on slab and vertical surface admixed with Dr Fixit pidiproof LW+ @200ml per bag of cement before treatment.
Make: Method 1 (Asian paint)/ Method 2 (Dr fixit) or Techno commercial equivalent in make mentioned in Appx ‘B’ approved by CWE Note: - (i) the treatment shall be carried out by authorised applicator (through specialized agency) approved by CWE as per the manufacturer. (ii) PCC filling under sunken area will be measured & paid separately (iii) Treatment should be continue upto 450mm height on vertical wall of sunken but only plan area of sunken will be measured for payment.
Material and labour for water proofing treatment to walls surfaces of toilets/baths/WC's (1600mm in toilet and 2100mm in bathroom on vertical wall surface) with following applications complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge :- (a) Applying first coat of chemical pidifin 2K (Dr Fixit) on cleaned surfaces @ 0.86 Kg/Sqm (Minimum) and drying for 24 Hours (b) Applying second coat of chemical Pidifin 2K (Dr Fixit) @ 0.86 Kg/Sqm (minimum) over first coat Make : Dr fixit or Techno commercial equivalent in make mentioned in Appx 'B' approved by CWE

Material & Labour for PCC (1:5:10) type E2 using 40mm graded AAC Block Sludge as filling of sunken floors complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
Material & Labour 40 mm GI pipe medium grade, with all fittings and fixed to walls and ceilings and laid in floors made to shape as in spout pipe in sunken/ verandah/ Balcony complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
Removal of existing PCC/Brick tiles/bat coba / mud phuska/APP membrane from the roof stacking the reusable material and disposal of unserviceable rubbish outside the campus as direction by engineer in charge but outside 3 km. 15 mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 over existing /old RCC slab / surfaces after dismantling /demo / taking down existing roof treatment. Cleaning of surface of loose dust, and dirt and cement slurry etc by mean of wire brush, dust removing brush and scrapper etc. Pot holes / cracks shall be repaired with cement admixed with polymer as per manufacturer instruction. Providing PCC coving / gola along vertical parapets of size 75 x75 mm with concrete Mix (1:2:4), type B-1 using water proofing compound of approved make etc. Complete as directed by engineer in charge.
The surface shall be treated with PU Elastoseal primer with Epoxy primer to seal the pores and enhance the adhesion of the coating, supplying and applying single component water proofing liquid membrane based on pure, elastomeric, polyurethane resin cold applied of spray /brush applied membrane with an elongation of 650% + 50 and tensile strength not less than 2 MPA, crack bridging ability not less than 2mm, No leakage upto 5 bars of water pressure. Shore hardness > 50 shore. The minimum thickness to be applied shall be 1.5 mm , (overall) in two layers (each layer 750 micron) or as per manufacturer’s instructions so as to achieve thickness not less than 1.5 mm. Providing and laying of protective Geotextile fabric 150 GSM over the entire membrane with proper overlap of 75mm before laying SRI tiles. Providing and laying SRI (sun resistance index ) roof tiles size 300x300x9- 10 mm with 20 mm thick cement plaster in CM (1:4) mixed with liquid water proofing compound as per manufacturers instruction confirming to required slope . Makes of PU primer/membrane SIKA/ BASF, BERGER/STP FOSROC /SAINT GOBAIN PIDILITE. (C) Apply12-15mm plaster on slab and vertical surface admixed with Smart Care Vitalia Neo @200ml per bag of cement before treatment.
