SPL REPAIR FOR CONVERSION OF OVER HEAD CONDUCTOR WITH UNDERGROUND CABLE INCLUDING CONNECTED ITEMS NEAR AT CCSR, HAVELOK LINE, TPT COY, 215 FD WKSP, OUTRUM LINE AND NEAR WEST OF MG ROAD UNDER GE E/M LUCKNOW

Excavation in trenches not exc. 1.5 m wide and not exc 1.5 metre deep in soft / loose soil for laying / taking up/ taking down of cables and getting out and levelling of bottom surface to required level all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Returning, filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25cm thick using excavated soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated soil n.exc 50 m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Factory made RCC cable route marker with mix of concrete 1:2:4, size 750 mm x 300 mm x 75 mm (length x width x thickness), dully engraved "LT Cable" including applying two coat synthetic enamel paint in brown colour, over one coat primer, and engraved letter painted with black synthetic enamel paint, fixed in ground including excavation, earthwork, and removal of surplus soil complete all as specified & directed By Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for demolition /cutting of road/ path/hardstading/ concrete in floor, etc for laying of cable complete all as directed at site by Engr-in-charge

Material and labour for PCC 1:2:4 type B-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregates for filling of cutting of roads/path/hardstanding etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for dry Sand cushioning in trenches for protection of cable including watering and consolidation all as specified and directed. Note: Punned thickness (18 cm) shall be consider for measurement purpose

Supply drawing, connecting and testing 3 core, 1.5 Sqmm PVC insulated and PVC round sheathed` copper conductor (flexible ) industurial cable, 1100 Volts conforming to IS 694 in steel tubular poles from Junction box to street light fitting including providing suitable copper lugs all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply, laying jointing and testing LT UG cable XLPE Insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured IS 7098 marked, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 10 Sqmm 2 core, laid in trench / laid under floor or fixed naked with wall / on wall / in ducts / in GI pipes etc. with and includings MS Clamps, nuts, bolts,washers complete all as specified and directed. Note- Excation, earth works, sand cushioning, protection bricks / pipe shall be measured and paid seprately.

(a) Incoming :- (i) MCCB 4 pole , 400 Amps,50 Hz,415 Volts, 36 KA,,Ics=100%Icu with thermal magnetic release - 01 Nos (iii) Digital VAF+PF meter with RS 485 CL1 -01No (iv) CTs ratio 400/5 A ,class 1, ISI marked -01 sets of three (v) Indicating lamp- 01 set of three (vi) Four Pole , Aluminium bus bar 800 Amps insulated with colour coded heat shrinkable sleeve and shall be mounted on suitable size “F” class insulators.

M&L for out door type busbar panel board (Dimention of Cubical/enclosure not less than 900mmx600mmx450mm) made out of 3.00 mm thick MS sheet and MS angle section 50x50x6 mm factory made suitable for 3 phase 4 wire 415 Volt, 50 Hz, powder coat painted comprising of the following:- (a) FP, Aluminium bus bar 500 Amps insulated with colour coded heat shrinkable sleeve and shall be mounted on suitable size “F” class insulators. (b) Incoming MCCB 160 Amps 27 KA, ,Ics=100%Icu 415 Vots, 50 Hz, FP. – 1 No (c) LED Indicator lamp RYB - 01 set of three. (d) Platform of Panel. Platform for the panel with PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 with 40 mm graded crushed stone, 15 cm thick in foundation, brick work in CM 1:6 with sub class 'B', old size bricks, rendering 15 mm thick in CM 1:6 on exposed surfaces and 100 mm thick PCC padding 1:3:6, type C-1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate on top and grouting bolts etc for panel. The platform shall be such that it is of a height 45 cm above the nearest road level.

(c) Platform of Panel. Platform for the panel with PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 with 40 mm graded crushed stone, 15 cm thick in foundation, brick work in CM 1:6 with sub class 'B', old size bricks, rendering 15 mm thick in CM 1:6 on exposed surfaces and 100 mm thick PCC padding 1:3:6, type C-1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate on top and grouting bolts etc for panel. The hight of platform shall be 45 cm above the nearest road level.

Note - (i) Following type test certificate for panel with switchgear as per IEC 61439 Part I & II shall be obtained from panel manufacturer by the contractor and shall be submitted along with panel Drawing for the approval the GE before supply of panel at site. Note (ii) All out going feeder shall be connected by cable through suitable size gland plate / glands. (iii) The various feeders shall be indicated by 50 mm size letters in synthetic enamel white paint. (iv) All MCCB with adjustable protection for over load and short circuit and conforming to IEC60947-II/IS 13947-II (Latest Version). The MCCB should have Ics=100%Icu. The MCCBs shall have spreader links and barriers as standard feature of manufacturer (v) The enclosures shall be designed to take care of normal stress as well as abnormal electromechanical stress due to short circuit conditions. All covers and doors provided shall offer adequate safety to operating persons and provide ingress protection upto IP 54 unless otherwise stated. Ventilating openings and vent outlets, shall be arranged such that same ingress protection of IP 54 is retained. Suitable pressure relief devices shall be provided to minimize danger to operator during internal fault conditions. (vi) MCCBs upto 160A should have operating voltage 415V AC class II insulation, Line Load Reversibility , ICS=100%ICU , ROHS Compliant.

(a) Incoming :- (ii) MCCB 4 pole , 320 Amps,50 Hz,415 Volts, 36 KA, with thermal magnetic release - 01 Nos (iii) Digital VAF+P

Dismantling taking down old cross arms, clamps, braces etc of any section from pole including nuts, bolts, washers complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Disconnecting, dismantling and taking down carefully ACSR conductor from poles of any size and setting a side complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling of insulators any type and any size complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
