The contractor will collect the complain from the concern JE and will attend the complain as per the address and make good the faulty appliance (i.e. AC window/split, refrigrator/deep freezer of any capacity and make and type) The parts required to replacement will be measured in S&F in respective items for payment complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (Note:- (i) any accessories found unserviceable will be replaced and shall be paid under S&F under respective items of this Sch 'A' . (ii) The contractor shall depute necessary man power/Technician on required basis for rectifying the jobs including Sundays & holidays . (iii) Not deploying the sufficient manpower/Technican to attend the complaint on same day or just next day the recovery will be made @150 per complain/day after that.
