Complete Removal of existing water proofing treatment over roof including PCC of any thickness description in any position including cleaning wire brushing, watering remove of debris up to 1500 mtr distance and Rendering/ bedding layer of mortar 10mm thick in CM 1:3 on brick or concrete surfaces mixed with integral water proofing compound as per manufactures instruction while the concrete is green. and Preparing the rendered surface thoroughly to remove all loose particles, dirt / dust particles and applying a uniform coat of blown grade bitumen VG-10 @ 1.20 kg/sqm conforming to IS 702 over a coat of bitumen primer @ 0.40 Litres / Sqm followed by APP membrane reinforced with polyster non woven fabric 3mm thick weighing not less than 3.6 kg / sqm laid on primed surface by forced application followed by a finishing coat of solar reflective aluminium paint @ 0.10 litres / Sqm complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- WPC shall be measured & paid seperately

PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 (using 12.50 mm stone aggregate) as in, levelling course using integral water proofing compound as per manufacturers instructions including demolition of unserviceable unreinforced cement concrete as in roofs complete all as specified and directed. Note:- WPC shall be measured & paid seperately.

Supply only integral water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting and cleaning of HDPE tank of capacity exc 250 litre and n. exc 500 litres cleaning and removing all scale and dirt from wall and floors by rubbing with brushes, cleaning with caustic soda etc ., complete and finally washing with fresh water, including writing date of cleaning with white synthetic enamel paint and removing sludge, scale mud etc and refxing same position to a distance not exceeding 50m and depositing complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixed in repairs 3 layers Rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tank ( cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position of 1000 litres capacity conforming to IS specification and incl Dismantling water tanks and removing to store complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixed in repairs 25mm bore, ball cock, high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated aluminium rod and high density plastic ball screwed for iron pipe and fixed (minimum weight 455 gms) all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixed in repair 20mm bore Unplasticised PVC pipes including all fittings (such as unions, elbows, etc.) of pressure rating 10 kgf/cm2 fixed complete to walls, ceilings or in floors etc.,complete and making good the area to match with existing surface, including taking down the existing unserviceable pipes complete all as specified and as directed.

Ditto all as per item No 07 described herein before, but 25 mm bore complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixed in repair for Gun metal globe or gate valves (ISI-marked), cast copper alloy, screwed down, high pressure with crutch or butterfly handle, screwed both ends for iron pipe or union of 20 mm bore all as specified and directed.

Rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces in CM 1:4 finished fair and even (external surfaces) and inclduing Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls, ceiling, etc. and taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls, ceiling, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Rendering 10 mm thick on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces in CM 1:6 and finished even and smooth without using extra cement (Internal surfaces). and including taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls, ceiling, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Rendering cement plaster 05mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) on ceiling, surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement, Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls, ceiling, etc. Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls, ceiling, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Preparation of new plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement base paint finished smooth with sand paper complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of new plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of new plastered or unplastered surfaces and applying three coats of white wash on ceiling complete all as specified and directed.
