Providing Fitter (Grade -1)/Plumber for daily inspection, leak detection and repair of water supply lines, valves, pressure regulators, meters, and replacement of Blocked traps, Tee, bend, waste pipes, sealing of sewer pipe, sockets, fixing Jali etc complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing Helper/Beldar to assist fitter/plumber in repair/maintenance works as per direction of engineer-in-charge.

Providing trap of self-cleansing design with screwed down or hinged grating with or without vent arm complete, including cost of cutting and making good the walls and floors: (a) 100 mm inlet and 100 mm outlet Sand cast iron S&S as per IS: 3989

Providing bend of required degree with access door, insertion rubber washer 3 mm thick, bolts and nuts complete. (a) 100 mm dia Sand cast iron S&S as per IS - 3989

(b) 75 mm dia Sand cast iron S&S as per IS- 3989

Providing plain bend of required degree. (a) 100 mm dia. Sand cast iron S&S as per IS - 3989

Providing Stainless Steel Coupler (SS-304 Grade) of required diameter for joining of CI/PVC Pipes as per direction of Engineer-in-charge (a) 100/75 mm dia. S.S. Coupler

Cleaning of chocked sewer line by diesel running vehicle mounting hydraulic operated high pressure suction cum jetting sewer cleaning machine fitted with pump having 4000 litres suction capacity and 6000 litres water jetting tank capacity including skilled operator, supervising engineer etc. for cleaning and partial desilting of manholes and de-chocking of sewer lines. De-chocking and flushing of sewer line from one manhole to another by high pressure jetting system of 2200 PSI for sewer line. All Diameter of pipe. (For 8.0 Hours Shift per day.)

Amount after applying 0.973 Multiplying Factor due to decrease in GST Rate i.e. on Rs. 27,63,976.00

Add Cost Index @3.00% (Excluding Item No.6) i.e. on Rs.26,89,349.00
