1.Construction of Drain From Babu House to Venkatesh House @ Kannandahalli Village H/o Kannandahalli. Estimate Cost (19,88,000.00)

Earth work excavation for foundation in all class of soils except hard rock requiring blasting including cost and conveyance of all etc.,complete.

Cement concrete 1:4:8 Using 40mm ISS size Hand Broken granite stone Jelly for Foundation and Flooring including labour charges for mixing concrete watering and laying the concrete in layers.

Plain Cement Concrete 1:2:4 (one cement, two M.Sand and four hard broken stone jelly) using 20mm jelly for wearing coat including laying, compacting, finishing and curing, etc., complete as per standard specificatins and as directed by the departmental officers

Supplying & Erecting centering for sides & soffiots including necessary supports & strutting upto 3.29m height for plane surfaces in all floors with all cross bracings using mild steel sheets of size 90 x 60cm & 10 gauge

Supplying and Fabricating and placing in position MS steel or Ribbed Tor Steel for all Reinforced Cement Concrete works as per the design given including cost of steel and binding wire in all floors etc, Complete complying with stanard specification.

Rein forcement Cement concrete 1:1.5:3 using 20mm ISS HBG metal for all RCC item of works excluding cost of Rein forcement and fabricating charges, centering and shuttering but including curing and providing fixtures like fan clamps in the RCC work.

Plastering with Cement Mortar 1:4 (One Cement and Three M.Sand) 20mm thick mixed with water proofing compound conforming to BIS at 2% by weight of cement used including finsihing, curing, etc., complete in all floors complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.
