Removal of existing treatment and wire brushing and cleaning top surface of roof tiles or concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 (using 12.50 mm stone aggregate) as in, levelling course with water proofing compound @ 3% by weight of cement finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. (Note WPC shall be measured and paid separately)

M&L for 15 mm thick redering on fair faces of concrete surfaces in CM 1:4 with water proofing compound @ 3% by weight of cement incl removal of existing treatment and wire brushing and cleaning top surface of roof tiles or concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 (using 12.50 mm stone aggregate) as in roof kerbs, coping, benching etc including weathering slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, incl demo of old concrte complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only water proofing compound.

Supply and applying two coat of undiluted thick coat of acrylic reinforcement liquid applied elastomeric water proofing membrane with UV resistant properties and solar reflective properties over one coat of primer (3:1 water dilution) (Note - every each coat gap between 6 hr) complete all as specified and directed. Dismantling of fencing wire mesh/barbed wire of any type and in any position by unscrewing nuts fillets, clamps complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling posts or strut (steel or RCC fencing posts) any section and taking out embedded portion (post embedded in natural ground) including making good to disturbed ground surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

All as per serial item No 09 here-in-before but post embedded in concrete.

Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5 m in deep and n exc 1.5 m wide for laying of drain pipes, pipe line, fdn for manhole like n exc 10 sqm plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth or as in sooft/loose soil getting out complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1: 4 :8, type D-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work built in cement or cement lime mortar complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with sub class "B" bricks straight or curved on plan exceeding 6m mean radius with old size bricks localy available built in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed

All as per Srl item No 14 above but except bricks (old dismantled serviceable bricks obtained from Srl item No 13 shall be reused after necessary cleaning of mortar)

M & L for rendering 15 mm thick in CM 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface finished fair and even without using extra cement all as specified and directed.

M&L for prepration of newly plastered/un plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of cement base paint of shade as approved over a coat of cement primer complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for plain cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20 mm graded agg) for in walls or retaining walls, any thickness, size or shape including pilasters, buttresses columns, pillars, boundary pillars and posts (including caps and bases) complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for PCC type B1 1:2:4 (20 mm graded aggregates) as in coping/band and bed block etc incl necessary formwork,weathering,slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating complete all as specified and directed.

Use and waste of form work to sides of pillars, posts, struts, piers, columns and stanchions for rough finished surfaces of concrete, square, rectangular or polygonal complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix Rolled mild steel, conforming to Fe 290, Gde E-165, in Joist, channel, angle or tee sections, fixed independently without connecting plates etc. (cut to ordinary lengths i.e. within 20 mm of the length indicated) complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix mild steel flat iron fixed to fencing post including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc. flat iron fillets (for securing barbed wire etc ) and similar work conforming to Fe- 290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only mild steel round bars 10 mm dia, Fe 290, Grade E-165, cut to length, bend to shape required and hooking ends for fixing to chain link fencing complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screw end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, diameter of bolts 12 mm, length of bolt exc. 5cm not exc. 10 cm long, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only 3.15 mm dia, galvanized steel wire chain link fencing 100 mm x 100 mm mesh, including binding wire / line wire etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Fixing only 3.15 mm dia, galvanized steel wire chain link fencing 100 mm x 100 mm mesh, fixed to AI fencing post with bolts etc including fixing of binding wire / line wire etc complete all as specified and directed.
