Supply of CIDF swing type, NRV 150 mm dia confirming to IS 5312, having body, door in Cl to IS, 210 Gr. FG. 260, Body ring and door ring of LTB2. Hinge pin of SS 410, Bearing Block of LTB2 as per IS. 318. Valves inbuilt with nonslam characteristic Flange as per IS 1538, PN 1.0. SOR (2024-25) E&M Item Code 4.23.4 Make : IVC/ Kirloskar/DJB approved.

Supply of CIDF sluice valve 150 mm dia generally conform to IS. 14846 having body, door, dome gland in Cl to IS 210 Gr. Fg. 260, four faces and spindle nut of LTB2 as per 15.318. Non Rising spindle of SS AISI 410, PN 1 rating. Flange drilled as per IS 1538, IPN 1.0 rating. SOR (2024-25) E&M Item Code 4.22.4 Make : IVC/ Kirloskar/ DJB approved .

Supply of MS Pipe "B" Class 150 mm dia, thickness 6 mm conforming to IS 1239 Part 1 (2004) Make : Tata/Jindal/ DJB Approved. (Payment will be paid as per actual)

ISI mark 150 mm dia MS Bend 90 degree "B" Class, as per site requriement and direction of Engineer Incharge.

ISI mark MS Flanges for 150 mm dia pipe, as per site requriement and direction of Engineer Incharge.

High pressure packing, as per site requriement and direction of Engineer Incharge.

Supply of nut bolts & washer as per required for reinstallation of pump set and valve etc. (Payment will be done as per actual work at site).

Fabrication/Supply of heavy duty MS Clamp as per requrement at site for holding the suction line of pump at inlet sump, as per site requriement and direction of Engineer Incharge.

Making of RCC foundation of size 6.5 feet X 3 feet X 3 feet height and 3.5 feet depth below ground for pump set, 1:2:4 in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources). Work including supply and making heavy MS jaal for foundation size as per required at site and direction of Engineer Incharge.

Supply of new SS of size 25 x 300 mm foundation bolt of size as per sample as per site requriement and direction of Engineer Incharge.

Fixing of the new Foundation bolt in pocket by proper welding to MS Jall of RCC with proper support and filling of CC in ratio 1:2:4 for grip of foundation bolt in CC structure and also making wet layer of cement in CC Structure for Proper mixing and required civil work with proper levelling. as per site requirement and direction of Engineer Incharge.

Making M.S. Base frame size as per actual site requirement, made out of M.S. Channel of size 150 x 75 x 5.7 mm with necessary vertical and horizontal supports as directed by engineer-in-charge. The motor & pump shall hold on base M.S. plate of 25 mm thickness, 8 mm thick M.S plate for side covering from motor side, angle & flat etc. and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete, as per site requirement and direction of Engineer Incharge.

Fixing of new base frames on foundation with foundation bolts. The job also includes fixing of Pumps and motor on foundation frame with help of long boom crane crane and making of proper alignment with suction and delivery line of existing system, fixing of delivery taper and other part with new nut bolts and packing etc. The job also includes proper alignment on M S Frame, as per site requirement and direction of Engineer Incharge.

Replacement of the existing coupling with the new Tyre type coupling as per sample at site. The job also includes making of bores in the new coupling as per the actual dia of the pump & motor Shaft, as per site requirement and direction of Engineer Incharge.

Installation of new fitting (Pipe/NRV/Valve/Band/ Flange with tightening of Nut bolt & washer), including work of making electrical connection of motor pump set with LT Panel. The work will be executed through expert electrician, heavy beldar, helper, welder, cutter, fitter, supervisor chowkidar and welding machine, cutter set i/c oxygen cylinder, tools & trakles as per site requirement. For complete work as per site requirement and direction of Engineer Incharge.

Painting work of all complete system as above installation by enamel paint of required shade & colour as per required at site.as per site and direction of Engineer Incharge.

Testing and commissioning of all the above at site at full Load and no Load with Vibration free smooth operation, as per site requirement and direction of Engineer Incharge. *Note : The Non Clog Centrifugal Sewage Pump set will be provided by the department.
