Outsourcing services for operation of 33 KV, AGV (Akash Ganga Vihar)substation, comprising of equipments as per Appendix to Schedule 'A' for routine O&M complete all as specified and directed round the clock in three shifts (i.e. 0600 Hours to 1400 Hours, 1400 Hours to 2200 Hours & 2200 Hours to 0600 Hours) including Sundays and Holidays with the following staff:- Electrician - 01 No.s per shift

Outsourcing services for operation of 11 KV, MES Power House including manning of complaint cell and undertaking all functions of a complaint cell comprising of equipments as per Appendix to Schedule 'A' for routine O&M complete all as specified and directed round the clock in three shifts (i.e. 0600 Hours to 1400 Hours, 1400 Hours to 2200 Hours & 2200 Hours to 0600 Hours) including Sundays and Holidays with the following st - 01 No.s per shift Note for Item No. 1 & 2:- Attending complaints 24 hrs x 7 days of electrical outages brought about by any causes within or outside the AGV S/S & MES Power House,so as to ensure reliable electric supply incl. minor servicing within s/s on daily basis during all days. This includes daily log keeping as directed but not limited to: a. Swtiching on/off of VCBs/MCCBs/any other equipment at substation incl. cleaning by CRC soln as per direction of concerned JE / Engr-in-charge. b. Maintaining daily logsheets with observed parameters along with breakdown / shutdown details. c. Daily cleaning of substation building incl. dusting of switchgears and vegetation clearance in and around within the boundary premises. d. Replacement / repair of battery terminals, lugs, battery leads, earth wire, PG clamps, filling of battery water , opening and making of HT/LT/Transformer cable caonnections etc. all as required at site. e. Any other minor works all as directed at site to maintain continuity of electric supply. f. Servicing of earth pits by filling up with salt and water all as required at site to maintain earth resistance within limits and reording its value. g. The electrician should carry necessary electrical tools such as, screw driver, wrinch, torch, testing lamp, multimeter etc. The electrician employed in each shift at MES Power House will also attend telephone calls and enter complaints in Complaint book. Provisioning of communication facility to staff engaged shall be done by contractor by arranging for mobile and SIM card which should always be in active mode during the currency of contract. Contractor to note that the above list is indicative and non-exhaustive and the rate of same shall be deemed to be inclusive in the quoted rates. Non attending the complaint will be construed as delibrate neglicency of the CA & will attract penalty @ Rs 500/- per hour per complaint beyond 01 hr and upto a max of Rs 10,000/- per day per complaint.

Disconnecting of HT supply from 11 KV VCB of any make/type/capacity for repair works, servicing and taking out trolley with complete decarburizing the contact points, cleaning with CRC solution and inner body cleaning with vaccum cleaner etc and repair/replacement of defective parts found during servicing. Reassembling and testing of relays for tripping time setting, over current setting, earth fault setting etc including checking of vaccume intrupter, tripping mechanism and ratchet wheel & spring charging mechanism etc after servicing complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting of HT supply from outdoor VCB/SF-6 breaker of any make/type/capacity for repair works, servicing and taking out trolley with complete decarburizing the contact points, cleaning with CRC solution inner body cleaning with vaccum cleaner etc and repair/replacement of defective parts found during servicing. Reassembling and testing of relays by primary current injection kit for tripping time setting, over current setting, earth fault setting etc including checking of its control panel and power TR protection system such as defferential realy, master trip relay, power TR oil/windinding temp, bucolz relay and mechanical system etc after servicing testing and its calibration along with relay coordination complete all as specified and directed. nOTE:- Supply & Fix in replacement of following items No (5 to 43) parts of HT VCB for the item No 3.00 & 4.00 above

The rate quoted by tender shall deemed to include the cost of this provision incl T&P required for injecting regulated high current, HT megger and other sundary items as required in complaince with relevent IS/IEC codes complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement indicators flush mounted, high intensity, clustered LED type, insulated from 30/220 V, DC/AC supply with appropriate coloured lense (Red, Green, Blue, Amber, White) complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning in replacement of 11KV Current Transformer with Indoor & Resin cast type single pole (Three core type) CTR-150-75/5+5A, STR - 18.4kA/1Sec, Class - 15VA/CL1.0+15VA/5P10 fixing on existing 11 KV panel including necessary connections, any modification required, addition/alteration required for fixing CT in existing 11 KV panel complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in replacement of unsv defective PT unit 3PH, Drawout type, VTR - 11000/110V AC, BA- 100VA/CL0.5 of breaker in VCB make Crompton for model- ALA/XLU including complete dismentling the complete voltage transformer from VCB including, nut bolts, washers, re-assembling the complete parts, complete testing for smooth operation, complete all as specified and directed. Make - Crompton Greaves of Voltage Transformer Type - 3PH, Drawout type, VTR - 11000/110V AC, BA- 100VA/CL0.5

S & F in replacement of auxiliary power supply/ battery bank with panel made of 2mm CRCA sheet complete with maintenance free lead acid battery bank mounted on MS rack and provide with connector etc complete in all respect with install capacity 30Volts DC 15Nos each of 2 Volts 60AH including booster charger all as per standard specification and including DCDB for charger complete with DC Amps Meter Volt meter, switches ON/OFF, TRICKEL/BOOSTER complete all as specified and directed.

Topping up/filling of transformer oil in having dielectric strenth 45KV complete all as specified and directed. Make:- IOC/HP/Castrol.

M&L for disconnecting of defective transformer from power mains and dismantling the same from 2/4 pole structure/ platform mounted substation or AGE E/M store yard and transporting the same to authorised workshop and opening the transformer cover, draining out of transformer oil, assembling, removing of the burnt parts ie. tape, paper insulating strings etc gently and carefully, washing of the dust, rust and dirt from all parts including taking out HT/LT leg coil core tank and cooling tubes, welding and re-assembling after carrying out required repair and transporting back to site/MES store yard/ installation on existing 2/4 pole structure/ plateforme with necessary fixing arrengement including connecting up electrically, commissioning and testing all as directed by Engr- in- Charge for any rating, any voltage level at existing site (not less than 1000KVA) complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix Power Pack for 11 KV VCB suitable for incoming supply 220/30 volts AC/DC supply and output 30 volts DC supply all as per existing with wiring all connected VCB complete all as specified and directed. Battery backup of Power Pack shall be not less than 45 minute.

Dismantling and segregation of HT/LT leg coil of transformer of any size any rating at any voltage level existing site under AFS Kanpur and making new HT/LT coil with insulated copper wire/strip of required gauge craft paper cotton tape HT/LT insulation as per specification of transformer including repair/replacement of pressboard insulataion and spacers including ovening & heating before assembling the winding core and necessary testing as required including takingout unserviceable winding complete all as specified and directed. NOTE : Rewinding element related to this work includes guarantee for the period of 1 year.

Supply & Fixing in replacement of schematic single line diagram of revised HT distribution network with different color on Alluminium Composite Panel of size 3000mm x 2000mm complete all as specified and directed.

Replacement of HT bushing complete with metal part, gasket set, nut, bolts and washers for any type and capacity of transformer at site /in workshop complete all as specified and directed.

Replacement of LT bushing complete with metal part, gasket set, nut, bolts and washers for any type and capacity of transformer at site /in workshop complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & replacement De-hydrating breather with first fill of dehydrating agent (silica gel) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for replacement of fresh silica gel of superior quality for air breather of transformer complete all as specified and directed.

Dehydration/ filtration of transformer oil of existing transformer installed at site with portable plant to improve the dielectric strength 50 to 70 KV including top up transformer oil upto the level complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix sine wave inverter having capacity 2KVA along with 180AH battery housed in irack mage up od iron trolley along with wheels and its connection to mains DB including three phase 6sqmm submain wiring upto 50m from the inverter housing complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in replacement of insulating mat suitable for 11 KV having daimentions of 2M x1M x 25mm all as specified and directed.

M&L for detection of fault through fault locating high voltage mobile machine to locate the fault in HT cable by giving high voltage surge and to find out exact location of fault complete all as specified and directed. (Note : The Item includes transportation, charging machine upto detecting fault at a time)

S&F in replacement of XLPE insulated screened, PVC bedded galvanised steel strip or wire armoured electric power cables (heavy duty) with aluminium conductor 11 KV grade of cross section area 300 Sqmm, 3 core complete including taking down U/S cable complete all as specified and directed. Supply and fixing cable jointing kit termination outdoor type for HT 11 KV grade cable for end termination joint complete with jointing material (Heat shrink type) and accessories suitable for XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 300 Sqmm, 3 core and testing after jointing complete. Make :- Reychem, Denson, 3M complete all as specified and directed.

S&F heat shrinkable straight through cable joint kit for XLPE (earthed) 11KV volt grade of size 120 to 185 Sqmm 3 core aluminium conductor cable complete incl taking out old jointing kit of any make and type complete all as specified and directed. Make :- Denson/Rechem.

M&L for Earthing complete with copper earth plate electrode 600mm x 600mm x 3.15 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 3.75 M deep below normal ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 3.15 M below normal ground level, connected to copper earth strip 32 x 6mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron including necessary excavation and earth work ,PCC pit chamber in PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 using 20 mm graded aggregate with 50 mm thick pre-cast RCC cover in (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate, reinforced with 8 mm dia bar@75mm c/c both way with two Nos lifting handles of 12 mm dia mild steel plain bar, funnel with wire mesh, lugs, 50mm dia galvanised iron protection pipe light grade ,watering pipe of size 20 mm dia galvanised iron light grade, main Earthing strip upto 7.5M including charcoal dust, common salt etc all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 of SSR Part-I 2009 including testing on completion complete all as specifed and directed. Earthing complete with galvanised MS earth plate of size 600 x 600 x 6mm thick burried directly in ground not less than 2.25 Mtr below ground level, earth plate paced on all side with charcoal mixed with salt to a thickness of 150mm in layers, connected by GI earth strip of size 32 x 6mm thick, soldered and revetted to earth plate. GI earth strip will be protected by using 40mm bore GI pipe (light grade) from test point to main board. The earthing includes PCC pit chamber, RCC pit cover and frame, watering pipe 20mm bore, funnel with wire mess with necessary earth work including disposal of surplus soil to a distance not less than 50 Mtr etc complete all as specified and directed and shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part-I.
