Supply of following size of HDPE pipe, ISI marked, PE-80 grade, PN-6 rating and conforming to IS:4984 with upto date amendments etc complete as required and as per specifications.

Supply of 5 kV grade plug and receptacle (Male & Female Esna connector) suitable for 1 x 6sqmm Unarmoured Copper Conductor Cable of 5KV grade

Supply of 200Watts, 6.6/6.6 Amps, 5 kV grade, 50 Hz Isolating transformers suitable for Runway edge light fittings, series type encapsulated in black cross linked polychloroprene compound with primary and secondary connections etc complete as required and as per specifications.

Laying of following size of HDPE pipe along with all accessories like socket, bend, couplers etc. direct in ground (80 cm below ground level) including cutting, jointing, excavation and refilling the trench but excluding sand cushioning and protective covering etc., complete as required. 63 mm dia (OD)

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 5 KV grade of following size in the existing masonry open duct / trench as required. Upto 35 sq. mm

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 5 KV grade of following size in the existing RCC/ HUME/ HDPE/ DWC/ METAL PIPE/CABLE DUCT as required. Upto 35 sq. mm

Providing and fixing 6 SWG dia G.I. wire on surface or in recess for loop earthing along with existing surface/ recessed conduit/ submain wiring/ cable as required.

Supply and Fixing of Outdoor type Junction Box of size not less than 300mm (W) x 450mm (H) x 214mm (D) made out of weather proof Thermoplastic/Polycarbonate enclosure having IP-65 or higher rating complete with rubber gasket, cable entry provision, earthing terminals etc. The junction box shall be provided with 2 nos essna connection, mounting legs with 2 Nos, 50mm dia 'B' Class GI pipe of required height, breakable coupling, flanges, foundation bolts, cement concrete foundation of 300mm x 200mm x 450mm depth for mounting legs i/c excavation and refilling, cement concrete hard stand of 1 mtr. X 1 mtr. X 100mm thick around the junction box etc complete as required.

Supplying and making end termination with Nylon cable Gland (PG type) for following size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE copper conductor cable of 5KV grade as required. 1 x 6 Sq.mm Unarmoured Copper conductor.

Installation of cylindrical type Cast iron box in soil by providing 150mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement :2 sand : 4 graded stone 20mm size) around and bottom of the CI boxes after making suitable pit, making rectangular/round cement pedestel of 0.15m x 0.15 mtr in cement concrete 1:2:4 finishing the surface with cement plaster etc as required.

Earthing with G.I. earth pipe 3 metre long, 40 mm dia including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required.

Providing and laying earth connection from earth electrode with 6 SWG dia G.I. Wire in 15 mm dia G.I. pipe from earth electrode including connection with G.I. thimble, excavation and re-filling as required.

Supplying and fixing cable route marker with 10 cm X 10 cm X 5 mm thick G.I. plate with inscription there on, bolted /welded to 35 mm X 35 mm X 6 mm angle iron, 60 cm long and fixing the same in ground as required.
