Disconnecting and taking down old unserviceable LED street light fitting of 90 watt street light fittings with brackets fixed on HT/LT poles, repairing after cleaning and replacing the un-serviceable parts like surge protector, LED driver , clamps etc and reinstallation / reconnecting after replacing wires / jumpers as required for proper functioning of street light fittings complete all as specified and as directed . Note : - Spare parts like surge protector, LED driver shall be measured and paid for as "Supply only" here-in-after.

Supply & Lay in trenches, fixing or passing through pole, fixed to wall / pole of 4 Sqmm 2.0 core XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured electric power cable heavy duty LT under ground cable 1100 volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor including providing lugs as required and connection, testing including taking down old cable complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair 50mm bore light grade GI tubing of length 1.50 metre including two coats of black synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer for fixing of post top lantern light fitting complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair street light brackets made out of 40mm bore light grade GI tubing, bent to shape of length 1.50 metre fixed with suitable size of clamps, nuts, bolts etc all as required at site, complete all as specified and as directed. Note : The rate quoted inclusive of cost of clamps, nut bolts etc as required.

Dismantling/disconnecting existing rusted/worn out MS clamps of any size fixed on poles/street light brackets etc including nuts, bolts, washers etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Fabrication, supply and fixing MS clamps made out of MS flat iron 40x6mm thick, bent to shape for fixing of street light bracket on PCC poles complete with bolts, nuts, washers etc including painting of two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed..

Dismantling and removing damaged pole of any description including necessary excavation and earth work, demolition of PCC etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and errect steel tubular swaged poles type 410 SP-31 (9.0 metres long) complete with cast iron base plate and finial taper plug, bolts, nuts & screws complete all as specified and directed. Note: - (i) Excavation and earthwork,PCC shall be measured and paid separately in relevant item here in after . Opening of un serviceable integrated solar street light and battery of 12/16/24W and removing the Li - ion battery and replace same with suitable capacity with minimum back up of 24 hrs complete all specified and as directed .

Recharging of earthing pit using kalmi sora (Potashium permagnet), charcoal, salt, magnesium phasphet water and or using other chemical for obtaining the earth resistance within permissible limit and testing of earthing resistance of existing earth pits with different type of earth megger as to suit by disconnecting earth continuity conductor from test terminal block/panel, recording the results in triplicate duly signed by Contractor & MES rep and reconnecting the earth continuity conductor complete. Note : Earth maggers shall be arranged by Contractor at his own arrangement.

S&F in replacement of 2 core 4 Sqmm ,1100 volts grade heavy duty cable with PVC insulated aluminium conductor served with an inner sheathing of PVC tape armoured with galvanised steel wire or tape and over all PVC sheathed as in service connection complete all as specified and as directed.
