Demolition of brickwork or stone/ boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed

Rrendering cement plaster 1:4, on external wall, 20 mm thick (in two coats 10mm + 10mm) with water proofing compound on second coat, on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces and finished even and smooth (without using extra cement) all as specified and directed. (Note : Water proofing compound will be measured and paid separately)

Supply only integral water proofing compound

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc all as specified and directed.

Rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in CM 1:4 even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and all as specified and directed.

Demolition of un reinforced cement concrete in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) all as specified and directed.

25 mm thick wearproof topping @ 8.27 Kg of hardener and 33.06 Kg of cement per square metre (incorporating an approved metallic hardener),laid on concrete floors and pavings,and finished even and smooth all as specified .(except metallic hardner) (Note : Metallic floor hardener will be measured and paid separately)

Supply only metallic floor hardener

Forming 12mm thick expansion joints filled with pre-formed bituminous filler and top 30mm primed and sealed with sealing compound, Grade ‘A’ in 100 mm thick concrete slab all as specified and directed

Forming contraction joints 100 mm deep x 10 mm wide, filled with sealing compound, Grade A all as specified and directed

Second class hard wood plain, solid, straight chowkats and frames, wrought, framed rebated on the solid, rounded or chamfered, put together with glue pinned at joints, supplied and fixed including 06 nos FI hold fasts per wooden door frame with tarring of hold fast and back of chowkats with bed block 1:2:4 PCC,all as specified and directed.

Second class hard wood rail and style plain, framed, panelled shutters 35 mm thick, with one panel rail and panel of 9 mm B.W.P commercial ply or 12 mm veneered particle board with commercial veneered on both faces. The size of the rail and stile as per IS : 1003 (part I), kiln seasoned and chemically pressure treated all as specified and directed .

Dismantling structural steel work including doors, windows, gates but excluding framed truss etc all as specified and directed .

MS rolled section of grade Fe 410-W ( Gde E-250 ) quality A as in main and cross beams hip and jack rafters, purlins where connected to common rafter and running rails guides for sliding doors fixed with cleats or other connecting plates as per Sketch 'B' and all as specified and directed.

Welded steel wire fabric exc 4Kg weight per Sqm fix to wood or steel members all as specified and directed .

Powder coated aluminium door shutters, aluminium section weighing 0.55 kg/ m including necessary joining cleats, glazing clips, rubber neoprene packing, handles 2 Nos in each door, hinges, anodised aluminum snap beading screws etc. complete all as specified and directed..

Powder coated aluminium frame for doors, windows, ventilators with one or more rebates including joining cleat for fixing etc. complete all as specified.

12 mm thick prelaminated particle board, exterior grade, prelaminated both sides with decorative choice lamination , fixed with screws to aluminium frame work all as specified and directed.

200 mm aluminium anodised, barrel tower bolts of extruded section and fixed all as specified and directed.

Virified ceramic light shade tiles 10 mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm over cement mortar backing coat in vertical surfaces such as skirting/ dado etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match all as specified and directed.

10 mm thick backing coat in cement mortar 1:4, to receive tiles in skirting and dado all as specified and directed .

Framed steel work such as grills, gratings, etc.. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 all as specified and directed.

1.25 mm thick steel rolling shutters, gear operated type with chain wheel and hand chain, as specified including top cover, anchoring rod, hasp and staple and one shop coat of primer; erected in position as indicated, complete all as specified and directed .

Plate girder or single stanchions, built up of one beam or channel section with flange plates, caps, bases, splices, angle brackets, cleats and other connections Fe 410 -W (GdeE- 250) quality A, as per Sketch 'B' and all as specified and directed.

Mild steel rail stopper and welding with rail track at the positions all as specified and directed.

Taking down aluminium sliding window frames exc 1.5 sq.m but not exc 4 sq.m each but with shutters all as specified and directed.

Exposing the existing loose / damaged RCC pilasters in the gallery by means of hand held electric chiesel hammers so as to expose the reinforcement as per the requirement etc, as directed the debris should be removed and carted away from the premises and disposed of as directed at the cost of the contractor, cleaning the exposed RCC elements like columns / beam / slabs surface using water jet, wire brush removing rust scales from the old reinforcement rods and allowing to dry all as specified and directed.

Applying primer on the exposed reinforcement rods as per manufacturers specifications etc including necessary scaffolding/working platform as per site requirement complete all as specified and as directed .

Epoxy resin concrete bonding agent of make as specified for old and new concrete at the rate of 2.6 sqm per litre complete all as per manufacture's instruction all as specified and directed.

Free flowing, non-shrink, high strength M-50 grade micro concrete for lintel beam / various openings of window/ gate all as specified & directed by Engineer- in-Charge.

6 mm thick exposed metal frame ceiling with calcium silicate board of siliceous and calcareous material reinforced with cellulose fibre for fixing in 600 mm x 600 mm grid with anodised aluminium snap grid frame work of size 605 mm x 605 mm for false ceiling and hangers 6 mm dia. G.I. 75mm thick cement concrete type B-1, 1:2:4 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate in floor etc finishing cement concrete surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Brushing neat cement slurry with 3.0 kg of cement per sq meter all as specified and directed.

Sheet glass 4 mm thick, ordinary quality and glazing with oil putty / rubber gasket, in square exc 0.5 sq.m in each pane all as specified and directed.

Alumimium grill powder coated of DG 103 with frame fixed to aluminium windows including all necessary fixing arrangements and all as specified and directed.

Brickwork with subclass ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in CM 1:6 all as specified and directed.

Point wiring for one 6 Amps socket outlet point on same board, controlled by one switch with other switches, 1100 Volt grade single core confirming to IS 694 (1990) PVC insulated unsheathed 1.5 Sq mm multi stranded copper conductor cable (FRLSH) for phase and neutral, ISI marked with continuous earth wire of 1.5 Sqmm stranded copper conductor cable (FRLSH) ISI marked PVC insulated-unsheathed with proper color coding of Phase, Neutral & Earth, including all fittings and accessories complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in Charge.

Notes: 1. All MCCBs shall have spreader link, phase separator and adjustable rotary handle and MCB shall be of 'C' Series. 2. Panel manufacturers should have in house powder coating plant with minimum 8 tanks pre-treatment of MS sheet facilities, dust free spray paint booth. 3. Thickness of powder coating shall not be less than 80 microns and test certificate for powder coating shall be furnished along with LT panel. 4. The panel manufacturer should have following certification: (i) CPRI certification, Degree of protection IP-54 (should have IEC:60439-1 & IEC:60529 tests). Cable XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armored, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with multistrand aluminium conductor of size 6 Sqmm 4 core( for lathe machine 32A) laid on walls/floor/trenches complete all as specified and as directed.

Cable XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armored, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with multistrand aluminium conductor of size 10 Sqmm 4 core (for lathe machine 63A) laid on walls/floor/trenches complete all as specified and as directed.

Telephone socket outlet, modular socket on the modular plate & metal box including connections and modular plate etc as required complete all as specified and directed .

One run of UTP 4 pair CAT 6 LAN cable in the existing surface/recessed steel/PVC conduit as required complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down ceiling fan, cable end, dismantling blades and removing fan and blades and handing over to user all as specified and as directed .

Sub main wiring with two runs of 4 sqmm nominal area with 1100 Volt grade confirming to IS 694 (1990) PVC insulated unsheathed with one run of 4 Sq mm multi stranded copper conductor cable (FRLSH) ISI Marked for continuous earth wire drawn in and including heavy duty PVC conduit not less than 20 mm dia medium grade with fitting (ISI) marked including cutting, chasing, for conduit and making good of walls etc complete all as specified and as directed . Note : Two runs of cable and one run of earth cable in PVC conduit shall be measured as one length.

All as mentioned in item No 2.40 here in above but two runs of 6 sq mm alongwith one run of 6 sq mm as earth wire complete all as specified and directed.

SCHEDULE 'A' PART-IV (EOT CRANE )

Taking down EOT crane of 05 ton capacity from mounting including all connected accessories, power supply DBs etc with manual or mechanical power and without causing hindrance to existing system at site and stacking at a place inside naval dockyard (within 3km radius) for handing over to user all as specified and as directed.

Factory made indoor type wall mounted cubicle enclosure fabricated out of 2 mm thick CRCA sheet with weather proof powder coating suitable for and including MCCB 40 Amps,4 pole,16 KA,50 Hz, totally enclosed with all accessories such cable alleys,cable lugs/thimbles,nut,bolt etc all as specified and directed .

Indoor type double girder EOT crane, 05 ton safe working capacity, Long Travel - 30 metre for 01 crane, 42 metre for 01 crane & 60 metre for 05 cranes , span 11 meter and Main Hoist lift height 6 meter, operation through Radio Remote Control Pendant push Button type (RRC PB) design standard - IS: 3177 -1999, IS:807 2006 other relevant standards, duty of crane : Class III M 7, shrouded / M S angle type Down Shop Lead (DSL),Civil / grouting work, cable from Power Distribution Box (PDB) to DSL,cable tray, isolator switch, power supply : 415 V AC,50 Hz. complete all as specified and directed. Note : MS rail shall be measured and paid seperately under respective Item of Sch 'A' Part I Note: (i) Contractor is required to measure necessary dimensions i.e span , long travel, height of lift, clearance between rail center to the existing column at site before starting of the crane design/manufacturing. (ii) Dismantling/Erection of cranes shall be carried in consultation with user dept without causing hindrance to the existing sytem at site. (iii) Any items/additional acessories required for safely operation of the crane shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate.

LT cable XLPE insulated PVC bedded galvanized steel strip or wire armoured electric power cable (heavy duty) 1100 volts grade with standard aluminium conductor of size 4 core 16 sqmm using suitable GI saddles & clamps for fixing the cable on wall surface/through ducts and connected to existing panel aa as directed and specified.
