Taking down existing split air conditioner of capacity 1.5 /2 Ton from site alongwith indoor and out door split air conditioner, making good disturebed surfaces and diposited to MES store yard complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and installation, commissioning of Flame proof split unit “Hazards Cool” Explosion Proof Split Type Air Conditioner Unit 2 TR ,Operating voltage supply 230V, Single Phase, 50Hz , Condensing Unit :To be kept in hazardous area along with Emerson make hermetically sealed Explosion Proof compressor of R407 C, Eco-friendly. Condensing Motor, condensing coil made up of Aluminum blue fins duly coated with specialist chemical to prevent refrigerant leakage GI cabinet will be used to integrate the components of condensing unit, Cooling Unit : Indoor Wall mounted Unit to be kept in hazardous area of split type cooling unit. Cooling Motor, condensing coil with Copper tubes and Aluminum blue fins duly coated with specialist chemical to prevent refrigerant leakage.GI cabinet will be used to integrate the components of cooling unit, Flameproof Control Panel: Lamps 230 VAC – 3 nos. (Power ON, Compressor ON, Cooling motor ON, With temperature indicator cum controller, 2 relay output, FLP RTD PT100 3wire / FLP Thermostat MCB, Contactor & Overload relay for protection compressor and condensing motor cooling motor Incomer MCB will be provided. Classification Area – Zone I & II, Gas Group IIA, IIB & IIC with Dust Protection Zone 21 & 22 , Certification: Certified by CIMFR Dhanbad, PESO (Nagpur) , Accessories: MS Standing frame,3/8’’ copper pipe with insulation Sleeve, 5/8’’ copper pipe with insulation sleeve, 25mm Water Drain pipe, 2.5 Sqmm X 3 core copper flexible cable for main power supply, indoor and outdoor units including all Civil work complete all as specified and directed.Make : Shyam (Cat No. SSPL/HC/508) , Sudhir or other equivalent make as approved by GE.

Supply and fix Flame proof Voltage stabilizer for automatic operation, single phase naturally air cooled indoor type & designed for input variation between 170 V to 250 V with output voltage stabilized at 230 V with accuracy of ± 2.5% and of capacity 5 KVA complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing Commercial Dehumidifier with Moisture removal 30 degree Celcius, 80% RH, 240 V, 50 Hz, Maintain level- 30% RH- 80% RH, Refrigerent- R410, Water tank capacity- 20L, Air Flow-550 Cum/Hr, WDE-603T including all connection of pipe/hose to wall and complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing Commercial Humidifier with air Volume- 10 Kg/Hr, 230V, 50 Hz, Auto control, Humidity display, Humidity control 10% to 95%, Volume of water Tank- 10L including all connection of pipe/hose to wall and complete all as specified and directed.

M&L point wiring complete copper conductor 1.5 Sq mm size (nominal area)PVC insuloated FRLS unsnearned cable 1100 V grade conforming to IS 694 drawn in and including 1.6 mm thick concealed ERW stove enameled rigid steel conduit conforing to IS:9537 of size not less than 25mm dia including flame proof fittings such as MS junction bos,. All as per item No-6 above here in before but with copper conductor cable for one 3 pin socket outlet, 16 amp independent, with cable 4 sqmm size complete all as specified and directed.

Material an laobur for point wiring for one light point /fan point controlled by one switch with two single core 1.5 sqmm cable ( nominal area ) stranded coppper conductor pVC insulated unsheathed cable 1100 V grade in and including concealed pvc conduite of size not less than 20 mm dia with sunken type pressed steel termianl box 1.6mm thick of suitable size duly painted with one coat of red oxide primer and two coats of black bitminous paitn for mounting fitting / junction box and wiring to be terminated to be in pressed steel sunken boxes including all aceessoriers and using single core 1.5 sqmm ( nomial aream ) stranded conductor, PVC insulated unsheathed cable in earth wire( Green colour) connected to commmon earth dolly complete all as specified and directed.
