Supply, assemble, erection, testing and commissioning indoor type floor mounted free standing dust and vermin proof LT panel 3 phase, 4 wire, 50 HZ, 433 volts, 50 KA fault level with IP-54 protection fabricated out of suitable sized angle iron and flats and covered with 2mm thick CRCA sheet duly pretreated in seven tank process for degreasing, de-rusting & Phosphated painted with 2 coats of primer paint then painted with final coat of epoxy based powder coated paint. Panel shall be compartmentalised with rubber casketed hinged door. Panel shall be having front and rear opening for installation of separate cable alleys, busbar chamber and switch gear compartments. Provision in cable alleys to be kept for bottom cable entry for incoming and outgoing cables. A clear space of 200mm to be kept from floor level for switch gear compartment. Extended busbar links / terminals to be provided for heat dissipation. Air ventilation breather to be provided for heat dissipation. Suitable sized knock-out holes for cable glands shall be provided as directed. Each compartment shall be numbered / lettered as directed, affixing MV danger plate at suitable intervals / locations including panel wiring with PVC insulated unsheathed, 1100 volts grade multistranded copper conductor cable of suitable size and inter connection of ACB's, MCCB's with bus bars by copper strip of suitable size with following switch gears all as specifed and directed.

Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60 x 60cm x 6.0mm thick burried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level, connected to and including using of 32 x 6 GI strip as earthing lead by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised steel, connected to earthing test point, all as specified & indicated, including testing on completion including earth work and excavation in any type of soil / rock, PCC 1:3:6 type C1, earthing chamber, precast RCC slab 50mm thick in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 reinforced with welded steel wire febric weight hot less than 4 Kg/Sqm, funnel with GI watering pipe of 20mm bore, medium grade wire mesh and lugs, GI protection pipe of 40mm bore light grade upto 7.50 mtr long test point etc all as specified including testing on completion and including taking down old earthing set complete all as specifed and directed.
