Repair to pot holes any depth n. exc 1 sqm each incl sweeping free from dust and mud, water scoring sunken surface in roads, paths etc cutting around edges to at least 25 mm in depth, making good by filling screened and graded road metal watering and well ramming with 8 to 10 tonne power roller complete all as directed.

Preparing existing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked ,mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with compressed air to remove all loose dirt etc. complete all as directed.

Material and Labour for applying evenly a priming/ tack coat with paving bitumen VG-10 Grade @5 Kg/ 10 Sqm complete all as directed.

Material and Labour for premix bituminous macadam laid / rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber, average consolidated thickness 75mm or less using bitumen- VG 30 grade @ 4% by weight or aggregate using mechanical paver and rolled with power roller of capacity 8 to 10 tonnes including scarifying existing bituminous macadam surfaces complete all as directed.

M&L Bituminous premixed semi dense asphaltic concrete 40 mm consolidated thickness with 5.5% binder content (VG-30) by weight of total mix rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient complete prepared in hot mix plant and spread with mechanical paver and rolled with using power roller of capacity 8 to 12 tonnes complete all as directed.

M&L for preparing bituminous surfaces of road marking 2.5mm thick centre lines, stop lines, dashes, arrows etc. and the like n. exc 10cm wide on roads pavements with hot applied thermo plastic road marking paint of approved colour confirming to BS 3262 - 1989 with special applicator machine all as per manufacturers instruction complete all as directed.

S&F Solar road stud made of aluminium alloy , 100% water proof with high efficiency mono crystalling solar panel 2.4 V/ 0.30 watt , one Ni-Mh or Ni-Cd rechargable battery (1.2v/1600MA), six super bright LEDs with 10000 to 18000 mcd, bearing weight of 10 tonnes (appx) fixed as per manufacturer's instructions complete all as directed. Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) as in ground and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as directed.

M&L PCC 1:4:8 type - D2 (40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundations, filling and mass concrete ,sub base as in floors complete all as directed.

Cement concrete work in pavement/ hard- standing of flexural strength 40 kg / per square centimetre in field using 400 kg of cement per cubic metre, thickness of concrete 20 cm complete all as directed.

Forming 12 mm thick expansion joints for 200 mm thick of concrete slab filled with pre-formed bituminous filler and top 30 mm primed and sealed with sealing compound, Grade 'A' complete all as directed.

M&L providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position in the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm) , including making drainage opening wherever required complete all as directed.

M&L hard core of broken bricks of gauge n exc 63 mm deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc 15 cm thick watered and rammed to a true surfaces complete all as directed.

Providing and laying 80mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour , design & pattern as in footpath , parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc, of required strength, thickness & size / shape , made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50 mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, fininshing and sweeping extra sand complete all as directed.
