M & L repair to pot holes any depth, not exc 1 sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud or water, scoring sunken surfaces in road, paths etc cutting around edges to at least 25mm in depth, making good by filling in screened and graded road metal watering and well ramming including supply of road metal complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing black top surfaces by brushing with hard wire brushes for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying evenly a priming/tack coat with bituminous primer @ 5 Kg/10 Sqm, using paving bitumen complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for bituminous premixed semi - dense asphaltic concrete 30mm consolidated thickness with 5.5% binder content by weight of total mix, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient all as specified and directed using paving bitumen of grading VG 10 laid with mechanical paver complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for scarifying or picking gravelled, macadam or bituminous macadam surfaces in area n. exc 400 sqm and exc 50 mm and n exc 100 mm deep complete all as specified and directed.

S & F 100 x 100 x 25 mm road stud cat eye made of aluminium moulded two No's reflectors in red / yellow / white fixed on two sides for maximum ratro reflection of approved make complete all as specified and directed. (Make : APEX / ALCOLITE / AVERY DENNISON)

M & L for applying thermoplastic reflective paint as in road marking 02 mm thick single coat as in centre line or edge line road marking of 150 mm width using HOT MARK thermoplastic paint (HOT application) white by indigeneous modem propelled road marking method as directed incl all ingredients such as binder glass beads Titanium-dioxide calcium carbonate lintar fillers thermoplastic requirement for glass beads shall be as per Table No 800-4 specification incl spraying of glass beads instructions complete all as specified and directed.

S & F delineator post of 60 cm height from ground level, black or red colour made of 16 gauge, 60mm dia MS round pipe encased 40 cm below ground level, two reflective device all over to reflective tapes 75 mm to 100 mm fixed on ground and embedded in PCC 1:3:6 type C1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) complete all as specified and directed.
